We love the large food and water dishes and the 4" Riser stand for the bowls. Paco, our Black Schnauzer, is happy and we don't have to refill his water bowl nearly as often. Kudos to Basis Pet!! And thanks again for sharing ...

I never knew that I needed to be concerned about ceramic dog bowls until I read up on it. I ordered the Basis Pet bowls and stands for my dogs and to give as gifts to my family for their pets. I did have a small concern and Mike responded immediately! I kid you not: IMMEDIATELY! He sent me a replacement and it arrived within a few days. My original order arrived within three days or so and the packaging was excellent for safe shipping. I have two medium sized dogs and went with the medium sized bowls which appear to be just the right size. The stands are interesting and add a "modern look". I'm thrilled and my dogs appear satisfied too!

I bought 2 stainless steel cat bowls from this company after learning about the dangers of cheaply made bowls. (My cat also developed feline chin acne after eating from ceramic bowls for awhile, and I really needed good stainless steel.) I am so very satisfied with them. They look and feel like they are of the highest quality. I also bought a medium sized bowl to serve as a water dish. I feel so much better about having my cats water in a bowl that has been tested for lead and other things, since the water just sits there, and probably can absorb. toxins. I have noticed one of my cats is actually drinking more in the past week. Unfortunately I had to return a bowl holder because I was unable to use it. The prompt and incredibly friendly response I got when I asked about the return process was amazing. I heartily recommend this company to everyone.

I purchased the two pack of the large dog bowls, and I'm really happy I did. Just by looking at these bowls you can tell that this company puts a lot of careful thought into its products--something that doesn't happen very often any more. These are excellent quality dog food bowls.
They are so much better than the big box stores dog bowls I have used in the past.
At first I thought not having a non skid bottom would make a difference, but it has not. The size I ordered had the same dimensions as the bowls I was using and they are perfect for the amount of food each dog gets. I love the fact that the sides are rounded at the bottom of the bowl instead of straight up and down. I have senior dogs with missing teeth and it is so much easier for them to get their food at the bottom of the bowl. I would buy them again or recommend them to a friend.

I bought some bowls and my dog went missing. I emailed Mike and asked him if it was okay to hold the bowls and not return them for a while, to see if I found my dog. He wished me luck and said I could hold them as long as I had hope. Great guy. Haven't found the dog yet, but he's been sighted and we're getting closer.

This is the second time I purchased from this company and it will not be the last. I love the quality of the products. They cost a little more but knowing that they are a safer product from foreign made ones is worth it. I love my pets, they are family and I want what's best for them and this company provides this.

I ordered a set of the stainless steel dog and cat bowls, and LOVE them! My cats used to push food out of other bowls or plates typically used for feeding, but the cat bowls are shallow and perfectly made for efficient (and clean) cat meals. The dog bowls are fit for food or water as they are sturdy and well-made. Easy to clean and stackable to save on counter space!

I purchased three of these bowls for my dogs.
I like that they are made in the USA. I like the design, no food gets stuck along bottom edges, they are very smooth.
A little pricier than others, but also excellent quality!

Very pleased with my purchase of the double elevated bowls with stand. I am really impressed that the stainless steel is human grade. I was shocked when I searched at pet stores and the stainless steel bowls were made in India and not for human consumption. Who would want to feed their pet out of something that isn't safe for humans? Not me! And my sweet geriatric furbaby seems to really enjoy his new feeding stand. He no longer has to bend down like he is eating off of the floor.

Purchased the large pet bowl for our dog. Top-quality heavy duty foodgrade made in USA stainless steel. Wish they were more companies out there like this making quality products. Exactly what I expected.
