Delayed delivery
It took longer than stated on the website. Took two weeks to receive the item. Luckily, it wasn't an urgent order
However, the item arrived in pristine condition and was well-packed.

I have read mainly negative comments concerning this company and having placed an order was a little concerned. However despite not receiving any delivery notification or tracking detail (which I understand was supposed to happen) I did receive the goods as ordered promptly, within 4 days. I cant really comment further but as my experience has been ok thought it fair to report
Ordered a batter early December but never received it or any order confirmation/tracking. Chased the supplier in January for a refund only to be told it had been delivered by Evri (Hermes) on the 31st Dec! We're a business and weren't open that day, the "POD" was also clearly not our address so the driver obviously didn't bother trying and just took a random photo showing a floor in a shop. I tried contacting Evri (Hermes) but they just said because it had been over 5 days since the delivery, the supplier needed to claim. Raised a claim on PayPal and told BatterireStore we hadn't received it and they need to contact Evri, but they didn't bother. PayPal side with them as they had "proof" of delivery, so we're the ones out of pocket because Evri drivers clearly can't be trusted to make deliveries. Avoid this site as they're not based in the UK and will not do anything to help if there is a delivery problem!
The Chinese people who run this Internet page (not UK based) should maybe check the Chinese/ English dictionary what "fast delivery" in Chinese means.
It took 4 days to send me the confirmation the battery was shipped from China!!!.
It's misleading and I hope people don't make the same error I did.
As Stephen Hughes, they promise fast delivery but my order left Hong Kong eight days after ordering and only after I chased them. Paid by paypal so if any problems I can get them involved. I would steer clear if you want a battery in a hurry.
£15 for a GPS watch battery. Website states fast shipping and tracking info in 1-2 days, 4 working days later, nothing until I complain, then the next day I get a pleased to inform me my order has been processed email with a China Post tracking number stating battery still not shipped. I expected to receive the battery from the UK within 5 days as it was needed for a golf tournament, not in 2-3 weeks from China. Could have ordered a battery from China myself.
After saying that, when the battery arrived it is a quality battery very well packaged, would definitely use them again. so changed my 1 star to 3 stars
