was kept in formed as to what and when thing were happening with my order, and was totally on time with delivery and was all as expected. my only comment would be it was not clear if or how long the batteries might need charging.

I regularly order batteries from a variety of Battery Suppliers. I’ve used The ‘Battery Store’ for the first time this week and what an amazing experience.
I called up with a query and unusually for this industry I was able to get through first time and speak to a very helpful and pleasant man, Mat who assisted my with my queries.
Having placed the order, it was delivered efficiently and communication was excellent throughout. The batteries were well packaged and all arrived safely with no damage.
An excellent first experience. A great price, efficient delivery and top drawer service.

Rang inquired about a new battery and as soon as I said it was for a motorcycle he hung up the phone. I tried again but after a few rings it was cut off without answering.
Why are they in business if they won't talk to customers.
