Such a bad experience never again...
I ordered a replacement battery at batteryupgrade.be. This piece was available on their site. After a few days without shipping confirmation, I took contact with them to request a status. Answer: the battery was not available by their "partner". Without any information about the delivery delay, I requested to cancel the order via their CS. After several attemps, they confirm that they will refund. Again, after long weeks of waiting, I have not my money back !!! Refund finally received 2 months after the order ;-)

A month later, with unresponded chasing wrong battery arrives
The order for a Dyson V12 click on battery replacement was placed on 28th May. No communication despite a series of reminders and the incorrect battery finally arrived today 24th June. It does not fit. Most frustrating having waited one month . There is no clarity on how to return so I have created my third ticket! Not worth the 5% cheaper price advertised. I advise to try elsewhere.

Got lower battery then ordered.
After a few weeks the problem was solved, they didn't deliver the battery they advertised but sent the difference between prices back... Long ticket response times...
Ordered battery 5000mAh for Autel, Got 4250mAh, waiting 4 days for respond via their ticket, and nothing...
If you have any free money, you can give to batteryupgrade... Sorry, batterydowngrade..
And now what, they send any post service to send battery Back from Czech Republic, or what? In Czech Republic is same battery on half price....
EDIT: 17.6.2024 they started communication, send me adress and ask me, if i can send them Back battery... Then you lost more money, but this pay you....

My order has not been delivered after a month!!!!!
I ordered a battery for my home alarm system. I ordered it on 4th May. While ordering, it appears to be an Irish web site. Later I figured out that they send from Netherlands. My item was not arrived. Therefore, I contacted with them. They informed me that I should get my item by 9th June last. However, Today is 7th June and I have not received my item. I find their communication method is rather odd. There is no customer care phone number. They generate ticket and they answer the message that I left, which is generally late.

Ordered the battery for a now 20-year-old laptop that is still used in the work place. The battery took 2 weeks to arrive, which I find quite decent since it was shipped overseas.
I did make the purchase before reading the reviews, however, and was extremely concerned with the reviews from one of their sister companies regarding receiving unsafe batteries, not receiving the correct battery, or not receiving a battery at all.
However, I did receive my battery, it works fine, and the laptop can spend another 20 years in the workforce.
I am concerned about the warranty claiming if I need to make one since a lot of the reviews state that one either does not exist, or will intentionally wait till the warranty is up before responding. Either way, I've had a good experience but take your purchase with a grain of salt

Ordered a replacement battery for auto lawn mower which arrived after two weeks, professionally packaged and posted. However the battery was not compliant with the wiring system on mower, so asked to return it and replace it with one shown on their website which has corrected wiring. The replacement battery would have been cheaper than the original one purchased, which was intended to be returned in its original packaging. Three emails later - no response - no other means of contacting except on the email address given; the 'help desk' referred on their website does not exist. I wish I had read these reviews earlier, as I now have to try contacting their CEO direct and take it to dispute resolution via my credit card. I would not recommend buying from them despite their professional front they have no back up.

I ordered a battery on 19th May 2023. On 12th May 2024 my mower was indicating a problem with my battery so I emailed customer services on 13th May to claim on the warranty. I then realized that I could create a ticket so I did that to make sure my ticket was created before the warranty expired on 15th May. I finally received a response to my ticket on 22nd May saying that I couldn't claim on my warranty because a year had passed. I replied immediately explaining that I'd created the ticket before the warranty expired and have heard nothing since. My service ticket number is zilykw5292. I feel that I have to write this review because the communication from the company is so bad. I'm happy to remove it if they sort out my problem
update: 31/05/2024 - I've had a reply that says that they're going to sort it. I'm updating to 2 stars for now

Besides that your socalled gesture is useless because I will never order again: you have unlawfully created a customer account with my personal data, which I did not approve (I ordered as guest), which is against GDPR OR you have not granted me the discount you e-mailed me about. So you may choose which one of your statements is false.
Oh and then suddenly after about 10’mail exchanges with your helpdesk, you send me a note that your info mail address can not be replied to anymore.So you are making it more difficult to contact you. Getting more complaints? You are also using my full name, therefore again a pointer that you keep my personal data. This is so unprofessional that it is almost funny.
