Do not buy from this supplier. The battery I received was faulty. I had to pay £14 To return it to Amsterdam. Two weeks later, the battery was returned (exactly as I had packaged it) marked “parcel rejected”. This is not a UK based company and dealing with them for any return is an awful experience. I had to send several emails before I received a return code in the first place.

Hello. 20.4.24 I ordered battery and I still did not get it. On tracking the order it it shown on 25.4.24 Departure to destination country. But that is it. No change in order.

Wrong battery sent
Ordered a battery from them for my impact driver because nobody else stocked them and even though there website stated it was the correct battery when it arrived it was 18v not 14.4v and even after contacting them they still insisted it was correct eventually accepted a return after escalating the case with PayPal but then subsequently found out it would cost me £12 to return it to the Netherlands plus much of the information needed for customs clearance I didn't have so I've decided to just try and sell it myself as I don't have any use for it certainly not a company I would recommend.

Customer Service helps, but you have to be a bit patient
Ordered a laptop battery, but have never received it. Sent two mails but never received a reply. Definitely do not recommend.
Edit: Changed from 1 star to 4 stars. After I wrote a mail (May 16) and stated that I did not receive the ordered battery they responded after five days (May 21) that I should contact my local postal service which I did, however to no avail. I then reported this back to them (on May 23) to which I received an answer on the same day, apologizing for the fact that I have not yet received my parcel and then offered to send me a replacement free of charge. One week later I indeed received the ordered goods.

Scam?
Made an order for action camera battery and regular battery, delivery seemed to have gone out from their warehouse the following day, got the send confirmation but that looked odd as the last mile carrier was marked to be Polish Post and I live in Finland! Polish Post did not recognise the tracking code, nor did Finnish Post. After 2 weeks contacted customer service via web form, but no response. Second contact last week, but still no response and the order status is unchanged, sent from warehouse (20/5/2024). I do not recommend ordering from them!

No Refunds, no guarantee.
Communications unhelpful. If you have an issue, don't expect to find a resolution. They will try to stall you and waste time, and if you do insist in trying to return something they will simply refuse the parcel when it arrives it it will come back to you. They DO NOT accept returns or give refunds despite the policy statement on the website.

Very Poor Customer Service
Ordered a replacement battery for my Shark vacuum cleaner. It took ten days to arrive. The battery fits my vacuum cleaner but does not fit the charging docking unit. The battery does not have any charge in it, therefore not being able to charge the battery, renders the pack useless. I have sent two emails to the Company but they have not responded. The battery unit was not cheap at £68. Complete waste of time and money.

UPDATE!
After still no correspondence from this company...lo and behold battery appears today. So if your happy to have 10 days worrying that you've been scammed, i can confirm this firm is genuine, just not good at customer services.
Made an order a week ago. No email confirmation received. Money taken via PayPal. Have emailed 4 times and no reply!
I shall be contacting PayPal and opening a dispute through the resolution centre.

Get to work on improving customer experience
Ordered replacement batteries for a Dewalt drill.
Payment was registered in my bank but no confirmation or receipt was sent by the webshop batteryupdate (yes I did put in correct email).
Support does not respond on mail and no one to call.
Finally received response from support after directing mail directly to the CEO.
Support acknowledged above complaint and promised to do a serious revision of sales procedures.
Support also mentioned the package being underway.
Still only 2 stars for not making sufficiently clear that batteryupgrade.no is not a Norwegian webstore and that added customs costs apply, making it the more expensive shop in the ballpark.
Do not order from them!
First of all they delay the shipping about one month
Then they shipped a completely wrong product
When I asked them to streighten up the situation they communicated me they'll refund me the money(less shipping taxes :))) but first to send them back the wrong delivered product, on my expenses :))
So, basically, they want me to pay shipping twice without having even the battery I wanted :)))

Ordered a Banana and Received a Lemon!
I ordered a battery for a Lenovo ThinkPad X60 from this shower. They sent me a battery, but guess what!? It came with a note (written in French!) which translated to "Sorry, the battery we are sending you is not the one you ordered as it won't fit your laptop"
How crazy if that? You order a banana and they send you a lemon ... Je Suis Désolé !! I'm still waiting for a reply and a refund.

Beware this company. They do not reply to emails. I ordered a battery for a Bosch drill order number 51115617 The battery arrived and whilst it fit the drill it did not fit the Bosch charger, so pretty useless. There is no telephone number to ring only an email address to which i have sent 3 emails and got no response. Not a happy customer.

Replacement battery for Greenworks 60v garden tools.
ORDER NUMBER - 66189838.
This company claims that you can order certain batteries even when 'out of stock'. I sent a query to the help desk to ascertain the correct battery for my Greenworks 60v mower. 'Luuk' advised me to purchase this battery (even though it was out of stock) . So, I purchased said battery on 6th April ..... then waited ages. Received a email stating that they are 'checking' the order ready for shipment on the 16th April - but still no shipping details. Two emails to the 'helpdesk' are unanswered to this date.
I am now incensed to find that my payment was refunded on PayPal on 9th April. Why do you waste peoples time ???. What is wrong with your ability to COMMUNICATE ????

I ordered a replacement battery for my robot lawn mower on-line. Then was worried when I read some of the reviews on here. Agreed it is not immediately clear that the company is based in the Netherlands. Also I did not initially realise that the one dot next to the description meant the item was out of stock. However I ordered on the 10/4/24 and the battery arrived on 18/4/24. It is a genuine battery from the manufacturer and over £125 cheaper than the price on the official Flymo spares web-site. Very happy customer. Thank-you.
Very dissapointing
You would think that we in 2024 should have managed to create a business model for ecommerce that is efficient and customer friendly - Apparently that is not the case with Batteryupgrade. I ordered a battery for my Robot Lawn mower on April 7 and also made the payment and immediately thereafter I got a confirmation that the payment was received. So far so good - I would expect next step would be that I would receive a notification on when to expect to receive the battery. But alas nothing happened - except that my lawn grew. (and continues to do so) Even after writing the helpdesk nothing is happening. I really regret that I did not order at Amazon in the first place. Order number 18435126
