Best person I ever have seen in Bahaus
I would like to give my highest praise to Benny from the Trælast department in Bauhaus Gladsaxe. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and extremely helpful during my visit. Not only did he take the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, but he also went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed.
Benny’s professionalism, kindness, and deep knowledge made my shopping experience outstanding. It is rare to meet someone who combines such expertise with genuine care for the customer. We were shopping for some items at Bauhaus in Viby.
Because we're from the Netherlands, our Danish is sort of non existent.
Thankfully we were assisted by Erik, half Danish and Scottish, who helped us perfectly, finding items and explaining the differences.

Really thankful for the great service…
Really thankful for the great service we received when purchasing our floor. Mathias was super helpful and gave us clear advice about delivery options and stock availability, which made things much easier. The only downside was that there weren’t enough staff available at the time, so we had to wait a bit before getting help. Overall, though, we’re very happy with the experience!

Great service by Kent…
I went to Bauhaus Kolding to get paint and as a new beginner it was very helpful to have Kent recommend me great tools and ways to look at color under the light and recommendations for color sampling before committing to a chosen color. His service was exceptional and made the whole experience very pleasant. All products he recommended from the paint rollers, brushes and carpet were of top quality and I am very thankful for his advice and help.

I got 5-star help from Henrik
I got excellent help from Henrik, who used his professional painting experience to guide me with the right products and useful tips. He took the time to make a rough estimate of what I would need, explained some really useful techniques and tricks for painting more professionally, and guided me step by step through the purchase. There were also other staff who helped me mix customized paints.
Overall, the whole team at Bauhaus Gladsaxe was friendly and supportive – highly recommended!

Paint: HENRIK at the Gladsaxe store!
If you need any advice for painting and everything related to that, please do yourself a favour and go to Bauhaus Gladsaxe and talk to HENRIK!
My boyfriend and I met him in the first hectic days of moving in our first home and with his advice we proudly nailed our painting project! From colours to textures to the correct tools.
Most of all, we found the best service, friendly and professional we ever found in Denmark. A life saver!
Now we go to Bauhaus Gladsaxe if we need anything related to the house, our number 1 choice!
