Be careful ordering from this seller. They sent incomplete, disassembled, and apparently used parts, and do not respond to emails. Customer support is virtually non-existent. Very poor experience.
Awful experience. Wait over 3 months for the items to be shipped. Then they ended up shipping 4 items out of 20. Then I reached back and then apparently sent the remaining items. Packing slips were all over the place and miss written to the point that I had to pay customs fee twice.
These guys are ignorant and horrible to deal with. Customer service is insanely bad. I have never witnessed something this bad in my whole experience. I would also like a point out that at some point they started responding in German to end the communication.

I did order for 4 items (2 dashcams bmw car eye and 2 filter) totally price 1.010,58 € and then DHL delivered parcel instead home delivere to pickup point, after i taken it and saw that inside been only 2 filters without 2 dashcams.
I had contact with Baum and they said that they did video of package before ship and there all items, but when i collected box there were only 2 filters.
So we can get easy answer, Baum not responsible for nothing, they may send you nothing and after report that they did video before ship, it's totally scam.
I ordered online from Australia on a Sunday night and my order had been fulfilled by Monday evening. The item was fulfilled via email which was very easy and the service provided was outstanding. I would highly recommend Baum and will use them for any future purchases where possible.
