Very good customer service
The staff were polite and helpful; especially Chelsey. The communication was prompt and effective. I got a confirmation text for my appointment. I also got an email to follow up my visit. When I put a question in my email, I got an immediate call back to answer my enquiry. I also got immediate response when I wrote an email to make a complaint. The staff were patient and understanding; the money back guarantee was effective.
However, I am not very sure of the substantive professional service because it appears my prescription was not right. But then I have had hay fever and it is affecting my vision.
I will likely be back for another test by the end of the year.

I was quite deaf
Resolving a badly blocked ear took 3 goes but Bayfield's were professional and careful. Previous trips to private hospitals had been less effective and recommended deaf aids which it turned out I don't need yet
