A professional set- up
They are able to offer a full range of tests and have a good choice of frames. Staff are kind, helpful and professional and glasses arrived quickly. The shop has two steps up to the door and one internal step up to the consulting room so not fully accessible if you use a wheelchair. I had issues subsequently when signing up to the on- line portal. This is urgently in need of an upgrade - it looks like something from 10 years ago! I am not giving the company five stars because their marketing has recently gone “over the top” in my opinion with almost daily emails. It is tempting to click on “unsubscribe”.
