Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists - Lytham St Annes Reviews 

It is a pleasant open & airy shop, displaying a range of glasses - not some pokey little place, with very few choices..
The staff are lovely - friendly & knowledgeable. I have recently had great communication & interaction with firstly Sam (on the desk), who helped me initially in choosing some frames, & was a big help with that..
& secondly, with Henna, who is delightful, & does a fantastic job in bringing everything together, with frames & lenses. She is very knowledgeable in what she does, & is also very competent & full of good advice; which makes you feel you're in good, safe hands. She also has a most pleasant manner, which immediately puts you at your ease; goes the extra mile & instills confidence in what she's doing..The service as a whole was excellent, & I would recommend this Optician's.

Great service from the staff. In particular, optician Kelly Ovenden is excellent and a credit to the company. She is very knowledgeable and friendly and I would recommend her to anyone who has visual problems.

My decision for the new hearing aids was easy to make and was supported by the audiologist Mohammed Patel. I found him to be truly excellent

The actual test was commendably carried out, on time and with good advice. However, I did think it would make good sense for the result to be forwarded to my doctor since my decision was for an NHS hearing aid. The follow-up telephone contact didn't go as smoothly as I anticipated.

Kelly was very thorough with my eye test. Explained every detail.
Unfortunately, the cost of new spectacles from Bayfields was beyond my budget so I went to a local dispensing optician.

I have been a customer of this opticians for a few years now and find them very helpful as well as thorough, when looking after my eye and ear healthcare. They cater for NHS customers too and always have a good range of glasses to suit all budgets. Due to having rare neurological disorders, I need the kind of healthcare where whoever is taking care of me understands them and treats me with empathy, as well as dignity and respect and Bayfields tick all of those boxes.

Bayfields staff are always warm and welcoming and very helpful. My partner and I are both disabled and I am also carer for my elderly mum and all 3 of us are treated with care and professionalism at our appointments.

Website says "Advanced Eye Test with OCT Scan".
OCT Scan not performed even though a previous OCT Scan had found problems.

I have had a few problems with my vertigo and not so good at seeing out of my right eye, but this was all put to rest by my in depth eye exam
