All staff I met were lovely, really pleasant and smiley.
Kelly, my optician, was super nice, professional, and explanatory, keeping me well informed for the duration of my test.
The shop is cleaned to a high standard throughout, and I was even offered coffee. That's a first for me at an optician!!
I was given my prescription without asking. There was no change so I've kept my specs. However, if I'd wanted a new pair there's a huge array to choose from.
No hard sell, no pressure.
Definitely recommend.

Having had a really bad experience at another optician I was told, by a friend, to go to Bayfields. My experience was entirely different. I felt the optician took great care over my examination and listened to my concerns, answering my questions, which at my previous examination had just been brushed aside. All the staff in the shop were friendly and helpful and I cannot fault any of the treatment received.

Went to my opticians to arrange my yearly check up. Was given several options and chose to go a week later. When I arrived I was out of breath, the receptionist offered me a seat and asked me if I would like a glass of water. They were very helpful. My experience with the optician was positive as always. I recommend Bayfields.

I can’t recommend Bayfields (St Anne’s branch) enough. Very relaxed and stress free. Lovely staff and a fabulous optician in Kelly. Last year she spotted suspicious symptoms, referred me straight away and I had surgery a few days later. She always takes time to explain everything and is so friendly. All the staff go out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer.

I give 5 stars for great service. The optician gives you understanding about the health of you eyes. They are professional and friendly. It's just that it would have been better if they have more option for frames. Other than that excellent service!
