As usual it was a pleasure to attend the appointment, thanks to the excellent work and professionalism of the optician and the friendly welcome of the staff.
I had worried since discovering that the person who would have been looking after my husband, who unfortunately has Alzheimer’s, was unable to help that morning. I needn’t have worried, even though it was a long appointment. While he waited there for me l heard the ladies speaking with him and even making him a cup of tea.
This was over and above anything I could have hoped for and I am so grateful. Kindness itself.
I could relax and concentrate on the eye and lens tests, which were also excellently done as usual along with some really helpful advice about dry eyes and how to remove lenses more easily. It was first class all round.

Subsequent visits have confirmed examined thoroughly, given explanations for the problem and advice to follow.
A follow up appointment was booked in for a week later and again the care given was exemplary

Excellent service from Fazila at Bayfields Wakefield yesterday. She was extremely professional, friendly and thorough throughout my eye test.
