Was told my glasses would be ready in a…
Was told my glasses would be ready in a few days.Ten days later I called and was told there was a problem with one of the lenses and it would be chased up. Another week I had to call again and was given the same story and it would be another three days. My wife who went on the same day as me, her glasses were ready two or three days later. If you can make lenses in so quickly how come mine have taken over two weeks. I have paid over £400 for these glasses which compared to other companies is quite high. I expected a much better service from a company I have been with for nearly twenty years.

I found optician Lizzy McCaffrey very competent and I felt comfortable at all points in her examination of my eyes. I was very happy that my eyes were in a stable condition and I could go 2 years before the next examination.
