I was unaware of how to go about a claim I contacted baker booth and Eastwood limited and it has been a really pleasant experience they have always been in the other end of the phone and provided and outstanding experience I would truly recommend this company if you where to ever need to look at a claim going forward

I was very happy with the service I received from Mr Darren Lowe and the company ( BBE LAW ). Mr Lowe and the team kept me informed throughout the whole process. Any questions that arose around my case were answered straight away and everything was explained. I highly recommend him as a solicitor.

I had an accident in work and wasn’t going to put in a claim I thought it was too much hassle and wouldn’t get anything I was speaking to a friend who recommended I ring Barker Booth & Eastwood Sols as she was using them and they were brilliant. I rang and spoke to Lisa I am so glad I did I was made to feel so at ease and she was so lovely. Everything was easy to do and Lisa got the best amount of compensation she could for me. We completed a house sale yesterday with BBE, this is the second time we have used them for this as we were so happy with the service given previously.
There have been various issues with the other parties involved, which delayed the sale, but Mo has been great at keeping us informed, chasing solicitors etc. and explaining each stage.
The reception staff are always friendly and helpful too when we have been dropping off documents, providing ID or attending appointments.
We have also used BBE to update our wills recently.

From start to finish Sharon Rigby my solicitor and her team Leanne and Sally provided me with support, assurance, guidance and resolution. This was all done with empathy, understanding and a great service. Always responded to emails in a timely manner, answered my questions no matter how silly they sounded and just overall did a great job.

Barker Booth & Eastwood did a fantastic job on the conveyancing of a flat that was located in Kent.

I am the first person to praise good service and give the benefit of the doubt, but, I really can’t give anything but 1 star.
I’ve had a bad experience with BBE Law which has left me shocked and, I’m sorry, but I would not recommend the conveyancing team.
I must say this is the response I expected.
In reply, and not wanting to go into great detail, my review has absolutely nothing to do with the service or the rules and regulations required by law.
It has to do with how we were treated and dealt with which, unfortunately, fell short of what we expected from a well established legal firm.
I could go into detail, which I’m sure, would verify the rating I have given.

We had our wills written at this solicitors, I found them on the Internet, this is our first time using
Barker Booth & Eastwood . Gave them a call and made an appointment. We had Jill Hastings.
We were kept informed on what to do next. It only needed 2 visits to she her and got the final papers within the week of the last appointment.
Jill did a fabulous job, she is very efficient and professional.
We would definitely use these solicitors again and highly recommend
