All bought items were broken. And surely not because of shipment, they were packed broken from the very beginning. So I cannot say anything bad about delivery service.

Nessuna consegna di 2 poltrone e nessuna risposta per la fraudolenta indicazione di consegnato
Hanno due colli ingombranti BDM0002480100084814570202 consegnato dal negoziante dal 25 novembre che era previsto in consegna entro il 01.12.22, che poi, invece, era stato programmato per il 05.12.22. Mi ero organizzata per ricevere i due colli, che non sono mai arrivati (confermato dalle videocamere). Dal tracking sul loro sito i due colli risultano consegnati il 05.12.22! Al call center mi dicono che per motivi di privacy non possono dirmi nulla e alla mia mail inviato al loro servizio clienti non rispondono! Per nulla seri ed affidabili. Pessimo servizio!!!
BDM was to deliver two armchairs BDM0002480100084814570202 which they received from the Merchant on 25 November and expected to be delivered by 01.12.22 (but re-scheduled for 05.12.22). I had arranged to receive the two bulky packages, which never arrived (confirmed by the video cameras of the street). The tracking on their site erroneously shows that the packages have been delivered to the customer. At the call center they tell me that for privacy reasons they can't tell me anything and they don't respond to my email sent to their (absent) customer service. They're neither serious nor reliable. Such a bad service!!!
