Recently sent a bikini back but only because it didn't fit me properly, nothing wrong with it. Good communication usually. Not heard they relieved return yet. Lovely Seafolly swimsuit
Lovely Seafolly swimsuit, very stunning colours and fits perfectly. Love that it arrived quickly in a handy and pretty beach cafe bag that will be useful to put my wet costume in if I go to a spa. Great service and wonderful product.

Slow refund
I ordered an item of clothing from this company and returned it quickly as it did not suit
After several emails It has taken 22 days from receiving the return to process my refund!
However I did receive a voucher as an apology and had useful feedback
Good to know the company do listen and act on complaints

Great choice superb customer service
Fantastic choice of swimwear. Ordered 2 Seafolly swimsuits (have Seafolly bikinis).
Unfortunately the swimsuits were too short in the body so had to return.
Free & super fast delivery. Packaged well.
I would use them in the future.

Great online shopping experience
I placed a third order for swimwear from Beach Cafe, and have finally purchased a beautiful one-piece, as previous items did not fit very well. As before, the order was despatched and delivered the next day in a beautiful box with a magnetic closure (which I would really have liked to keep!). Returns are so straightforward because a label in included and the outer bag reseals. Well done, Beach Cafe - online shopping as it should be.
