When I received my firscracked screen and replacement

When I received my first monitor it was cracked in the box.I quickly contacted customer service and Mariz helped by sending a return label and also got a new monitor out to me quickly.

Even though I had to return an item I was never treated badly.

I had an excellent experience purchasing a Panasonic OLED from Beach Camera from start to finish. They were already offering a great deal on the TV, the checkout process was simple, and shipping was smooth with clear communication every step of the way. For a large, high-value item, the delivery experience was stress-free, which I really appreciated.

After placing my order, I happened to notice the same TV listed at a slightly lower price from another retailer. I reached out to Beach Camera mainly to ask if any kind of price match or adjustment was possible, fully understanding that pricing and promotions can change quickly. The response I received was prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful.

TV purchased through Amazon

I purchased a TV through Amazon that was sold by Beach Camera and then it went on sale.
I asked Amazon for a refund of the difference and they declined and said I could return it and purchase the lower priced TV. I contacted Beach Camera directly and Rizalyn & Lariza were more than accommodating to me as they understand the value of customer service, and provided the refund without having to return it.
