Good catalogue, great support service but... the website is horrible ! no ergonomic improvements in the 14 years I have been a customer, it's slow, heavy, searching something is painful.

Beatport customer service - excellent

My experience with Beatport customer service has been thoroughly positive. Not only were they helpful in refunding me a few hours after the request, but they took active interest in finding out about the bug that led to the mistaken purchase. Thanks to Cory for taking care 🙏

Problem Solved

I’ve used Beatport for years as it works really well with the controller that I have. Recently took out a paid subscription and an issue that I raised was dealt with very quickly and sorted with no hassle.

Fast and professional customer support

I contacted Beatport customer support regarding a streaming subscription issue and billing attempts after a free trial.

The support team responded quickly, clearly explained the situation, and promptly cancelled the subscription, confirming that no further charges would occur. The communication was professional, polite, and effective, which made the whole experience stress-free.

Based on this interaction, I can say their customer support is reliable and helpful when needed.

Please improve the audio volume for listening…

Please improve the audio volume settings in the browser or change the limit! SCHOCK & Pain in my ears. My roommate had the same problem. Costumer service promised to look at it. But clearly nothing changed a half a year later. It's absurd. Each time I go back to the site/log in , the Vol is way higher then any of my other music servers and back to max volume if I had lowered it before. What a waste of an otherwise great site to listen and buy music. This could really cause hearing damage!

Solved issue with re-downloading

The service of Beatport just helped me a lot with re-downloading a purchase in another format (aiff instead of wav). I re-purchased my wav files as aiff and Beatport gave me download credits for my next order. Fast service, very nice contact on email. Thx Beatport

Firstly a great catalogue of music

Firstly a great catalogue of music, the curated lists are also great helping discover new artists. Also the customer support to date has been excellent, I signed up to the more basic rather than advanced service and customer support (Cory was my helper) were excellent at responding and helping me adjust my account.

The website is an atrocity

The website is an atrocity. It's super slow, when it works. The popups always get in the way of what I am trying to do. It's like they consciously cheap out on making their website fast enough but that isn't enough-- they need to double down on customer frustration by making the pop ups as intrusive as possible.

Nice service

Beatport customer service easily solved my little problem

I've been using Beatport for ages and sometimes a small hiccup occurs.
I recently had one recently (the image I uploaded for my monthly chart which, for some reason, did not appear on the chary)
I informed the customer service, and their advisor Cory solved it reasonably quickly and informed me in a gentle manner.

Artist name change

After years of back and forth between people, distributors etc I have finally had my artist name changed with the help of a customer service rep named Roberta.
The experience was not only extremely quick & flawless but it resolved a deep issue that had been bugging me & fans for years.
To have to finally resolved is huge for me & has honestly made my year! Thank you so much!

Above and beyond

I had a cart full of tracks to buy on the Black friday sale recently, but the 30% off code being advertised on the website wasnt working for some reason, emailed customer support and waited. After a day or so I ended up just buying the tracks at full price, and a day later when Beatport customer service got back to me, I told them don't worry about it, I already paid for the tracks. Well, I got a response back saying that they will be refunding me for the 30% that I would have saved! That was a really nice gesture, one I wasnt expecting at all. Very happy with the service, thanks again!

Saw I was accidentally subscribed to…

Saw I was accidentally subscribed to beatsource under 2 accounts for months. Described the situation to the support team and they refunded and resolved my issue very quickly! Highly recommend and the streaming services while DJing are second to none!
