Hi,
I have ordered the faithless 2.0 albums (vinyl SKU:88875071591) on the 1st of March. My order number is 10381. I have had no word from your company yet about it being shipped after 5 days. Could you please update me on this order and notify me on when I should expect it?
Thanks for your help

Good Afternoon Kristian
As per terms and conditions items are shipped in 5 Working Days (Ex Weekend) you purchased on Sunday 1st March
at 10-13 PM.
So today is day 4.
Not sure what you would like us to message you, as you stated you know it will be dispatched in 5 days. !!
Once it is shipped we will email you with tracking details
Would you prefer to cancel the order, as you seem to be unhappy, even though you know the the information
Regards
Greg

I was not unhappy with anything. I just wanted an update on the order. That is all I wanted. I find your email reply very
defensive and more than a little gruff. My email was not meant to cause any alarm or to show any unhappiness with
the service. All that happened is that I thought it was the fifth day as I missed the fact that I ordered on Sunday and I
will reiterate that all I asked was an update. I cannot understand how you could misinterpret my email to be anything
else?

Wow. Do you realise that using all capitals and exclamation marks in an email is by definition gruff? I will reiterate, I
only wanted an update. I find your comment of “You know the situation” interesting as though I should know
everything about your ordering policy as I have bought many things from you in the past?I think for some reason, and god only knows why, you are not actually happy with me for asking a simple question. I
think with this email chain I think canceling my order would be best and I look forward to seeing my refund soon, no
doubt in 5 working days.
I suggest that you work on your customer service skills.
Regrettably,
Kris

Kris
You called me Gruff for no reason
You knew our policy prior to writing the initial email, as you stated 5
days.
I assume you're just a time waster sending questions you already know,
perhaps get get a hobby, instead send messages to fill you empty life
