Great products, great price, great delivery
Ordered my product because of the excellent price (20%) below John Lewis. I made a mistake on the order but customer service was excellent and helped rectify it. Delivery was quick as expected. Very happy.

I have amended my review from 1 star to 5 star purely on the effort made by the company to sort my issues with the order and going out of their way to fulfil it. Manager Ben been on constant contact throughout the process and even tho it took much longer than anticipated he did not give up on making sure the order is complete. Excellent job

No payment was completed and therefore no order was processed.
In fact I have found another incomplete order with no payment complete.
Did you have an order confirmation? If so can you please forward it onto customerservice@beautycow.com so we can make sure everything is how it should be.
As you can see by our other reviews we post immediately so this is very strange.
