Poor customer service
I had Beauty Pie for years then cancelled my membership & renewed as there was an offer. Ordered some more products & email stated they had been delivered However, I did not receive the delivery Tried to email Beauty Pie & the email bounced back Went on their website & submitted a form to say I had not received my order No response Fortunately, my neighbour is honest & it has been delivered to their address & put behind their wheelie bin Evri are the couriers now Never had any problem when it was Royal Mail Am very disappointed in Beauty Pie lack of customer service & I am wary about ordering anything further

This is such a fantastic place to try a range of premium skincare that's suitable for different skin types. I've got my mum, my sister, my sister-in-law and my bestie hooked! Always great service and customer service and the vegan, electrolyte and retinol products produce outstanding results. Can't believe no one thought of it earlier!

I love the products
I love the products, no complaints there. What I do not love is that they use Evri for deliveries. They are so unreliable. Deliveries are never when they say and invariably there is an issue, non-delivery, delivery to wrong address despite clear instructions, item lost in transit or damaged in transit. It is not good enough and I’m sure that Beauty Pie are not saving money by using them, personally I’ve had to have two to three deliveries replaced.
