Outstanding Customer Service!

Well!!!! What a difference in customer service between 2 bed companies!!! Could not be more different! Bedworld customer service is outstanding. I would recommend them every day of the week. Not only beautiful furniture but their customer service is the standard all retailers should be following. Despite buying my husbands new bed and having it delivered beginning of March, Bedworld went above and beyond to help us. Despite it being 3 months since we made the purchase. We are undergoing a whole house renovation and could therefore not suitably check the bed until it was up in my husbands new bedroom. This was when we noticed something was missing. I got in touch with the company and within 8 hours not only had they replied to my email but they had rectified the problem, sorted the issue and made us happy. They have complimented this huge journey we are still on and restored my faith in retailers. This is the complete opposite of the treatment I received from another online bed retailer. So your homework. Read the ratings before you make your purchase. It's the customer service that makes all the difference and gives you your happy ending. Delightful team to deal with. You try mattresses in shop they are…

You try mattresses in shop they are nice you pick one then your mattress turns up completely different from what you ordered so you ask for a replacement then that one comes wrong again asked for a refund so we could go else where but they said to go into shop to try and let them redeem their self again 😂 we picked another completely different mattress which then turned up with a different label but I’m sure it’s the same mattress I really recommend you do not use this company as I no I’m not the first to get something completely different from what I ordered. The problem is that they what to try and keep 50% of what i paid which I think is an absolute joke as it’s there fault and none of my own.

The bed you choose in the store is not…

The bed you choose in the store is not what get! Please read the reviews or you will regret it! The staff even confirmed it was not the bed I ordered and that this mattress is no longer made and has since been “updated” to the new version! Mattress is rock hard , wouldn’t refund and made me choose another and pay the extra which is also rock hard! NEVER had this problem before! I just want my money back and the mattress returned! Will never use again … I AM UPDATING THIS SINCE BEDWORLD REPLIED! I HAVE BEEN BACK AND FOURTH WITH EMAILS REGARDING MY ISSUE ANF WAS TOLD NO REFUND SO ITS IRRELEVANT ASKING ME TO SUPPLY DETAILS BUT YES ILL EMAIL YOU AGAIN!

Comfortable experience buying a comfortable bed

The assistant greeted us and asked what type of bed we would like, then showed us the ones that met with our requirements then said he would leave us to try the beds , each time we had a question, he duly answered and left us to peruse. When we had picked one we sat at his desk and did the paperwork, all in all a pleasant experience, and the reason we made the order, no pushy salesman, just a very obliging gentleman
Different to a previous shop we had tried in town where the salesman was with us all the time trying to force sell ,we left that store without ordering

Disappointing experience

I purchased an ottoman bed. The delivery was supposed to be between 1pm and 7pm, it eventually arrived at 8pm. When it came to assembling the bed the instructions were not very clear and diagrams too small. We could barely get the metal frame to slot together. I was planning on buying another bed but this has put me off completely.

Ordered a double bed on line last…

Ordered a double bed on line last Monday which was supposed to have been delivered today between 7am and 2 pm. I specifically made arrangements for someone to be home all day. No delivery within that timeframe and no communication so rang their Huddersfield shop and was told that the time slot was just a guide (absolute nonsense) and that it would still be delivered today before 7pm which is the latest delivery time. Needless to say still no delivery and still no communication as to why. Not good enough! Will be contacting the company again tomorrow and requesting an explanation and some compensation!

Mo delivered our bed, he was nothing but professional and helpful. He helped us in with the bed as there was only my self and my partner. He gave us all the information we needed to put the bed togther.

Great super king full set up for a very low price

I genuinely expected this to be a flimsy bed that would just get us by for a year or two as it is going to be used as a guest bed so no heavy use.
However, on first judgement, I think I'm going to steal this for myself instead!
Just lay on it and it's soo comfortable!

I expected the mattress to be a light and a softer than advertised roll up (bed in a bag) kind of thing.

The headboard weighs a tonne (in a good way) and I've been blown away by the quality of everything, particularly at the price point paid.

A quick additional point is the two guys that dropped the bed off advised that they were not allowed to take the mattress up the stairs so would advise me how to rope it up and pull it with two people but when I said it was only me and just started dragging it up the stairs they were very quick to assist.

Exceeded expectations and I'd be happy to buy from Bed World again and recommend to friends and family.

Outstanding

Outstanding, gold star service. We made a mistake with our measurments and the lovely Guppz was so kind and helpful and gave us such wonderful customer care and helped us to find a solution. I cannot reccomend this company highly enough. We cant wait to lie on our new comfy bed.

Its ok...

Cant say much on the experience of delivery as it was delivered to an alternate address for storage, when I finally got round to putting it together everything seemed fine, until I check and there's bits of wood moving around inside the bed ( now covered in fabric) and the headboard slats looked like they were cut by a novice using a router 🤦🏻‍♂️ had to put extra staples in the headboard too as the fabric was barely held in place ( it dosent cost alot for staples use more!) Only other thing i would say is the topboard for the bed should be thicker ( what the matress sits on) its paper thin and bends too easy! Nearly put my hand through it 🤦🏻‍♂️

Stay away!

I strongly advise against engaging with this company due to several concerning experiences. Firstly, their customer service is notably inadequate, demonstrating a lack of professionalism and responsiveness.

During a recent service call, the company representatives entered my property without allowing sufficient time to ensure there was adequate space in the hallway. They proceeded with their tasks without my consent, which resulted in damage to my property.

Moreover, despite being requested to remove their shoes, the representatives did not comply. They entered without wearing shoe covers or socks, raising serious hygiene concerns.

Attempts to address these issues with customer service were met with indifference, as they consistently placed the blame on the customer rather than taking responsibility for their actions.

However, the suggestion that our drivers would enter a property without consent is highly unusual and not in line with our procedures, as access is always granted by the customer at the point of delivery. That said, we will of course review this once we have the relevant information.

We do apologise if there were any issues around footwear or hygiene standards, as our teams are expected to be respectful within customers’ homes.

Great all round service

A pleasant experience dealing with Bedworld, as they dealt speedily and graciously at all times, helping with sorting out payment issues with the original order order, and quickly arranging an exchange for a headboard that didn't fit.
Very pleased with the final bed and all the staff, from the calling the office, dealing with emails to delivery, were very friendly and helpful.
