This is an usual review. I ordered 2mattress Toppers on line. There was an unexpected delay in delivery and a bit of a mix up with the order. After several emails back and forth my purchase price was refunded without question. Excellent ethical service.

We ordered our bed and told it would be 20 days, contacted them on the 20 day mark saying it would be 30 days, outside of the quoted delivery time, we are now 30 days, still no bed and no communication

Never ever again!!

Good value for money. The product looks nice feels comfortable and is exactly what I expected from the website photos. Delivery was slower than advertised but customer support did respond when I followed up

I’d love to leave a review on the quality of the product however after a month, I’m still waiting for my products to even be dispatched. Even after paying for priority processing, my order still has no clear dispatch date.

Staff are extremely vague when giving updates which gives no real information which leads me to believe it will not be dispatched anytime soon.

Extremely disappointing.

I was a bit hesitant ordering a bed online, but Bedzy made the whole process really easy. I chose the Trinity Bed and also went for the mattress comfort package, which included a topper and four pillows. The pillows arrived incredibly quickly and I was pleasantly surprised when the rest turned up the very next morning. Everything was well packaged and exactly as described

We needed some new bedding for our Airbnb and came across Bedzy while looking for reasonably priced options. We chose the standard free delivery service, so the delivery took a good few weeks, but we weren't in a rush and were happy to wait Everything arrived as expected and the quality is amazing for the price. The bedding looks fresh, feels comfortable, and has been well received by our guests. Overall, a great experience and good value for money

I would have given 5/5 as the bed is great and my daughter is very happy with it. The ordering process was easy and no issues there. Delivery however and the lack of communication was not great. I ordered the bed on the 8/4 for my daughter’s birthday at the end of May. I hadn’t hear anything by the 27/4 so I contacted them and they said they were very busy due to the sale and that it was taking up to 14 days for orders to be dispatched I contacted them on business day 13. I explained that this was for a gift for my daughter’s birthday and would really like it as soon as possible. I contacted them again on the 5/5 19 business days as I had still not heard anything and they said they would make it a priority but once dispatched can take 1-8 days to arrive. I live in the same state as there warehouse and about 1.5 hour drive away! Luckily the bed arrived on the 15/5 27 business days from order, however, I was not notified that the bed was being delivered that day and it was left on my front doorstep unattended for several hours. Thankfully it was not bad weather this day or it would have been ruined. So as mentioned the bed is great was easy to assemble and my daughter is loving it so far. Just the slow delivery and lack of communication made the process not so great!

After searching online for weeks and comparing bed sets I decided to purchase one of the Queen beds with LED lights and I must say i'm really impressed. It looks so good in our bedroom and has given us some extra storage space too. Highly recommend!

Really pleased with my purchase from Bedzy. I went for the Henley LED Bed and chose the priority delivery option because I didn't want to wait weeks for furniture. The bed arrived within the same week, which exceeded my expectations. It's well made, looks great in the room and was very competitively priced compared to other companies I looked at

I haven't even received my order yet, so cant tell you about the quality.
Order was placed April 15th and its now the 7th of June. Despite many communications with the company assuring me my order is being processed, I am beginning to think this company is a scam.

Terrible the worst place to buy from! I order a bed over a month ago to find out it still hadn’t been dispatched and could take another 30 business days. Made me think that this was a scam website! Thankfully I managed to get a refund. Only order from here if you are willing to wait upto 3 months or more for your bed

Absolutely stoked with our new mattress and bedding. Ive now done 2 x kids bedroom and 1x master bedroom. The mattress is so comfortable and affordable. Service was fantastic from ordering to delivery. Cannot fault this company, I will be ordering again when my 3rd bubs is out of his cot.

If only I’d checked these reviews before purchasing. I’d suggest anything over 1-star is a paid reviewer. Waited the expected 20 business days and still no delivery. Now told to wait 30 business days. Have demanded a refund and now crickets. Just ordered a simple bed frame with no bed head but that seems to be too difficult for this dodgy company. I’m going to take this to the ombudsman after seeing so many disgruntled customers. No phone number to ring and emails going unanswered. Was a present for my son’s birthday. Sooo disappointed. If you want to deal with AI customer service and never receive your product then this is a great business. Otherwise do not trust these claims of fast delivery or anything local.

Ordered on 3 May 2026 and as of today my item has still not been dispatched — over a month later. The website advertises 7–14 day delivery, which is clearly not being honoured.

I have contacted Bedzy multiple times seeking a resolution and have received no satisfactory response. I am now pursuing a chargeback through my bank due to non-fulfilment of the order.

The lack of communication and failure to dispatch within a reasonable timeframe is unacceptable. I would caution anyone who needs their item in a timely manner to look elsewhere. I hope Bedzy will contact me urgently to resolve this before the chargeback is finalised.

It has been nearly 8 weeks since I placed my order and to date it still has not left the warehouse - I paid additional for priority ( which the company has returned the fee due to the delay ) support lady has been very apologetic however this does not help that I do not have a bed to sleep in doubt I would take the risk of ordering from this company again

I placed an order with Bedzy and paid extra for priority processing expecting faster dispatch. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.
I was initially told my order would be dispatched within a specific timeframe, but that was then pushed back multiple times, including an additional delay of up to two more weeks with no clear or guaranteed dispatch date.
Even with paid priority delivery, the order takes more than a month just to get dispatched, which is not what was represented or expected at the time of purchase.
Communication felt inconsistent, and updates only came after I followed up multiple times. While customer service was polite, the information provided kept changing, which made it difficult to rely on any timelines given.
In the end, I requested a full refund due to the repeated delays and lack of certainty.
Overall, I’m disappointed with the service and fulfilment process. I hope the company improves transparency and sets more accurate expectations for customers in the future.

I ordered a bed as they spruked "local" and "next day delivery" my bed had fallen apart and the only option was and still is an old falling apart lounge.
I paid for "guaranteed 1-2business days delivery, which was eventually refunded, but it has been nearly 4 weeks and so far the mattress topper arrived today. FROM MELBOURNE
I have fallen on the lounge, sustained severe nerve and muscle pain that endures throughout the day. They keep promising me its coming its coming and every day my nearly 60 year old body screams. Stay away from them. They are liars and grifters.

I ordered a pair of bedsides on the 10th of May, got no response with a receipt, nothing. On the 12th of May I messaged them enquiring on why, response, we're working on it. As of today the 1st of June, we've heard nothing about our bedsides. No delivery date, tracking, postage date, nothing.😢 Not recommend by me at all.
