Low to the ground

Bed arrived fast, easy to put together. Lovely bedhead but not great quality and very low to ground which I wasn’t aware of, as a middle aged couple the only person that is happy about it is our 13 year old dog who can easily get up on it.

7 draw lowboy

Well you get what you pay for!
The frame is solid however the draws are weak & flimsy. A absolute challenge to assemble- very time consuming. My son & friend spent several hours. Then through no fault of poor ensemble the draws do not line up perfectly. Remember all holes are already drilled. You follow the instructions. I would not recommend. I Am done with this company. If I hadn’t a voucher for $50 from the first purchase- I would not have brought from Bedzy again.

New mattress purchase

I purchased a new mattress with Bedzy. Although I had a minor issue with the product, they rectified and solved the issue quickly and satisfactorily with excellent customer service. The mattress itself is extremely comfortable and I’m sleeping a lot better now. It’s warmer and softer and I’m very happy with it. Will buy another mattress from Bedzy in the near future.

Great Quality

First off I want to say that Mel in their customer service department is absolutely incredible! Before even placing an order, I sent an email to the customer service team, giving an outline of what I wanted from my mattress (spinal alignment, helps not aggravates back issues and a robust mattress). Mel emailed back with the option best suited to my needs, including a breakdown of why this mattress would be the best one from their inventory. Mel was knowledgeable, patient and excellent.

I placed an order for a mattress, sheets and pillows and I was a little skeptical of the quality because the prices were so great, but I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing their products are.

However, their shipping/dispatch is abysmal. It’s chaotic, disorganised and some of the freight companies Bedzy uses are pretty damn awful. Now from what I can tell, dispatch isn’t actually handled in house by bedzy, but due to the fact that I placed my order with them, it’s up to Bedzy to ensure that their customers are receiving their orders in a reasonable time. In this area, where there were delays and stuff ups (like not sending 4 of the 6 pillows I ordered, or constantly given the run around as to where my mattress was and why it was so delayed) was extremely frustrating. However, Mel in the customer support team was amazing. She followed up with the freight company, had the mattress delivered that day, organised for the missing pillows to be sent out correctly and she was all around incredible, enthusiastic and so lovely to deal with.

Mel turned around my experience with Bedzy and it’s because of her that I give them such a high rating. The mattress is incredible quality, as are the pillows and sheets, but you never forget truly exemplary customer service, that makes you want to use a company again, because you know there’s someone that’s capable of taking care of things if something does go wrong.

Main takeaways:

- products are really great quality, especially for the price range
- their shipping/delivery/freight partners are terrible, and Bedzy should look into changing who they use, because these other companies are killing their brand
- Mel in customer service is so helpful, goes above and beyond in her assistance for her customers and I hope she’s receiving the recognition, support and pay rise she so thoroughly deserves.

I’d absolutely recommend buying from Bedzy, but be prepared that you may need to follow up regarding delivery, but as long as Mel is working there, she will get it done for you.

I also want to personally acknowledge your comments about delivery. You're absolutely right — while our products and service are handled by our in-house team, we do rely on Australia’s courier network for deliveries nationwide. Back in the early days, we hand-delivered every order ourselves to just a few local suburbs, but as we’ve grown, we now ship from multiple warehouses across the country. This can sometimes result in items arriving separately, and in rare cases, certain boxes do get separated during transit — especially during peak sale periods like EOFY when demand puts real pressure on all courier partners.

That said, I completely understand how frustrating this can be, and I sincerely regret any inconvenience caused. Please know we are actively working to minimise these disruptions and improve our systems and courier partnerships wherever we can.

We’re so pleased to hear you’re loving your new mattress, pillows, and sheets — and even more grateful that, despite the hiccups, your experience with Mel turned things around. You’re absolutely right: exceptional customer service can make all the difference, and we’re lucky to have her on our team.

All round crap bed, crap company

After a couple weeks since I ordered the bed. Bedzy told me it didn’t pass testing, so I chose an alternative frame base that was advertised as “squeak free”..”solid”, this literally lasted a few weeks and it was squeaking just turning. I had to send two separate videos to their liking for them to tell me the squeak was my mattress! Clearly it was noise from the metal base! Then wanted me to dismantle and return so they could check! Yeah right so frustrating as a single mother who can barely afford to live. I paid for crap!

The request for a short video was never meant to add to your stress. It was simply to help avoid the need for a return altogether. Our warranty team had hoped to get a quick look at the frame with the mattress and bedding removed, gently pressed or shifted, to help identify where the sound was coming from. In many cases, this approach has allowed us to resolve things without asking customers to disassemble anything or send items back, which we understand can be a huge inconvenience.

We’ve already escalated your case and shared your feedback with the team, including your note about the sound only happening when turning. Your concerns are being taken seriously, and we’re continuing to work on this behind the scenes.

Again, I’m very sorry this has been such a difficult experience, we truly appreciate your patience and look forward to reaching a positive outcome for you soon.
