Bought a kitchen in 2019 and complained about the paint chipping a month after installation. Fast forward and so far we have had several pots of touch up paint and a partial respray. The bits that haven't been resprayed are chipping that much that we are now looking at taking legal action. We have been sold a faulty kitchen (kitchen needed a respray a few days prior to delivery and obviously didn't have time to cure). We have also had issues with the sink, worktops, missing parts and being sent the wrong fridge and sink. It takes weeks/months for anything to be resolved and now the company just ignore us. We wanted to support a local business but regret doing so now. Steer clear

Overall experience was excellent for both service and quality.
We were recommended to buy our kitchen from Beespoke by my parents after they were very satisfied with their kitchen last year.
James, Tony and team helped us design the kitchen, offering recommendations to the layout and products. We felt we could trust them to provide ideas and ensure it all went smoothly. They were highly responsive and resolved any queries and issues quickly.
Special thanks to the team for fitting us in before the baby arrived, we absolutely love it.

Our experience with BeeSpoke was great from the moment we stepped into the showroom right to the very end. James helped us every step of the way in creating our dream kitchen and utility space, every part of which was entirely bespoke, even down the the design of the cabinet doors and interiors. They even created a wall of fitted wardrobes in the master bedroom as well as a custom vanity unit in the downstairs bathroom. Joe’s attention to detail on the fitting was absolutely superb and nothing was too much to ask. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend BeeSpoke to anyone looking for new cabinetry.

James was extremely patient with the design process and any changes, Joe who fitted the kitchen had exceptional attention to detail and the team were great to work with.

BeeSpoke kitchens have given us a beautiful practical very well designed kitchen. James organised everything and kept us in the loop at every stage, nothing was ever too much bother even when we changed our mind about things ie not wanting handles then wanting handles. All the workpeople have been polite and professional. We were given a full size temporary oven to help being without the kitchen which really helped. We would highly recommend BeeSpoke kitchen and are so glad they were recommend to us.

Beespoke Kitchens were the shining light in the very difficult year of building our extension. It started with James being so approachable throughout the design process- nothing was too much trouble and his advice was spot on. He came up with a great design which he was happy to alter throughout the process. He was also such a calming influence when we had to delay installation several times over 6 months. We cannot thank him (and Tony) for being so understanding.

On to the kitchen installation and all of the previous reviews about Joe couldn't be more accurate. His attention to detail is inspiring and it is a pleasure to have him in your home (not something we could say about all tradesmen!!!).

We are left with our dream kitchen which some have commented looks like a Tom Howley (!!). As a company they have been a pleasure to work with from start to finish and we couldn't recommend them highly enough.

So after a house extension we wanted to install a kitchen island where previously the dining table stood. James carried out the design and matched the colour and style perfectly. We are delighted with the end product and wouldn't hesitate to contract with Beespoke Kitchens again or refer our family and friends to them. We found James and his subcontractors to be very courteous & professional who delivered high quality.

I can’t add much to what others have already said but simply that Beespoke were first class. My endless fussing was happily listened to and easily tolerated by James and Tony as if it wasn’t a problem! Joe did a beautiful and speedy job. The price was very reasonable and there were no hidden extras or ‘creep’. They always came when they said they would but if for any reason they couldn’t, they always let me know so I wasn’t waiting in unnecessarily. Not only beautifully executed but first class customer service and going the extra mile. Well done

We found Beespoke kitchens online last February. From the moment we met James, we knew our project was in safe hands. We had no idea what we wanted apart from a few 'must haves' specifying an 'island', Neff appliances, plenty of storage and a kettle tap. We gave James the floorplan of our new orangery/kitchen (which was not yet built!) and left him to it. In a matter of days we were sent the most amazing plan which was so detailed and innovative that we did not want to change anything! Today the 'dream' is a reality and I do not feel worthy of the absolutely fabulous kitchen the Beespoke team have designed and built for us.
Through-out the whole project the team have worked around the orangery builder, provided excellent advice and sorted every problem quickly. Any problems that occurred (mainly related to Covid/Brexit issues with supplies/trades-men availability etc.)were dealt with calmly and professionally by James and Tony. I am so happy with my beautiful kitchen; Beespoke definitely go above and beyond to give a customer exactly what they want! I wish I could post a photo of my fab Kitchen......there might be one on their website. A Very Big Thank-you to James,Tony, Joe, Rob, Richard & all the guys who worked so hard to create my 'Dream Kitchen'.

I went to Beespoke with a fully formed plan of a kitchen and utility. The plan was unusual and challenging with a lot of height to manage. My drawings were reviewed & 'tweaked' to perfection with the help of James. The input of fresh eyes on drawings I had been looking at for over 12 months was invaluable, little touches such as stepping out the sinks.. really good design ideas. We also asked for a design change fairly late in the day which involved cabinetry not normally made. No problem, they rose to the challenge every time. Tony, Rob and Joe installed the kitchen quickly and professionally and I have never seen under sink areas as tidy in terms of holes and pipework. Nothing was too much trouble for them during the install which did include a couple of re-makes for them. Joe in particular is a true asset to Beespoke - his fitting skills and attention to the smallest details are second to none. I'm fussy but thankfully Beespoke are equally fussy and want to do the right job even if it takes a bit longer. We had a slight problem with a failed sink (chipped) which again was dealt as quickly as possible and with minimum fuss. We are nothing short of delighted with the finished product and have only received positive comments from friends and family. Happy customers here and wouldn't hesitate to have them again for any future project.

We approached Beespoke at the last minute when our existing kitchen company severely let us down - we needed a kitchen design to be finalised and for it to be installed within 5 weeks from our first meeting with Beespoke… and they absolutely delivered.

Whilst we had a good idea of what we wanted in terms of layout and feel, James added a lot of value with the tweaks and extra details that he suggested and we incorporated.

We have completed a whole house renovation and without a doubt, the kitchen is 100% the star of the show and We are very happy with the finished product.

Having planned an extension to our kitchen we decided to treat ourselves to a new traditional style bespoke kitchen at a sensible price. Our research led us to Beespoke Kitchens.
We have been so impressed with the quality of their cabinets and fitments, the design ideas from James followed by the professionalism of the management and installation team headed by Tony and Joe. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

I was uncertain what style of kitchen to choose ..very modern or more traditional but the focus had to be about enjoying the view of the garden. James, designer at Beespoke kitchens, listened to my brief, made several site visits during the building work and advised on the design and layout of the kitchen. Once the style of kitchen was chosen and a date booked in for fitting the kitchen James set up a WhatsApp group with the fitters and myself so that I was kept up to date as the work progressed..avery nice touch!! I was concerned about the positioning of the island and called James who took time to call over and check out my concerns.The island needed to be moved over slightly to ensure that the view remained 'centre stage'!! The fitters were diligent in their work resulting in a 'masteroiece'..my very stylish kitchen.
If you are looking for a quality kitchen and a truly professional service then look no further. Beespoke kitchens deluvered on all counts. I'm one very happy customer.

The workmanship of the units is brilliant and the kitchen looks fantastic. We chose Beespoke as they could make the kitchen what we wanted from making a cupboard around a sticking out wall to getting an island unit absolutely how we wanted it.

We were so pleased we found these guys and found them to be one of the most down to earth, professional and easy to work companies who designed and delivered our brand new kitchen on time and on budget. The quality is amazing and we feel we've got a very high end product without paying for the expensive showrooms and overheads. Each member of the team who worked on it for us went well out of their way to make sure we were 100% happy at the end, nothing was too big or small. There's no hard sell or any of the other tricks a lot of the other companies pull out.... Brilliant company, Amazing kitchen! Huge thank thanks to James, Joe and Tony and the rest of the team.
