Good Customer Service and Good Beer

I've used Beer52 and Wine 52 a couple of times. And the beers are always good choices and I like how random the beers are. I cancelled but it was nothing that Beer 52 done which caused me to do it. Quick delivery. Good chat with customer services. Will join again in the future

Beer52 Great Subscription & Customer Service

I've really enjoyed my Beer52 subscription over the years, but for me personally, it was time to cancel. I spoke to a nice chap called Mark O'Leary over the phone, who not only helped me cancel my subscription, but sorted out spending my available Beer52 credit to send me an effectively free box of beer, not leaving me empty handed- thank you!

Malavika was brilliant.

I recently had a phone call with a representative and enjoyed the experience. Malavika was especially helpful and took time to listen to my queries. Their patience, professionalism and bubbly nature stood out to me. I would highly recommend their services.

Avoid, at all costs, you’re better off going to Waitrose and randomly selecting beers to try!

Ok, what’s wrong this time? Well, it’s really difficult to cancel the subscription!

Apparently it’s because people have been taking advantage of their generous sign up offers! I find this highly unlikely as most of the products they send are utterly undrinkable! I suspect that they make it difficult to end the subscription so they can keep milking their existing customer base for as long as possible.

Seriously, if you’re looking for a beer subscription service to broaden your booze palette then avoid this bunch of charlatans

The nature of our beers is that from time to time you may receive beers that are not ones you might usually drink, and while our craft beer experts always try their best to choose beers they think our customers will enjoy, they can't always meet everyone's specific tastes. I can assure you that our beers are selected for their high quality. We work with and support our smaller breweries. rather than larger productions. Our products are of the highest quality and we offer many products that aren't always available elsewhere.

We offer all our customers a user-friendly help portal to answer any questions and help them quickly navigate through our cancellation process. If you did want to cancel but were unable to phone our customer service at 0131 285 2684 for whatever reason, you could also contact us via Facebook Messenger as well via our helpdesk https://www.beer52.com/helpCentre/home. Our help centre link is at the bottom of our website and emails to our customers. If you require any further assistance you are welcome to contact us via our helpdesk in the first instance.
