Excellent service and information from Karen B in the Kirkwall shop. Nothing was to much trouble, in and out of the storeroom with boxes of Skechers shoes and then she showed me a pair of iMac walking trainers which were perfect, just what I was looking for.

I’ve just bought another two pairs of shoes from Begg Shoes. They are becoming my first stop for any shoes because the descriptions are accurate, the delivery is faultless and the fit has been perfect every time… not to mention the handwritten note that comes with every order.

I ordered 2 pairs of Sandals on Tuesday 9th September, they arrived on Thursday. Well packaged and when I opened the boxes, they were just what I wanted but the personal touch of a handwritten note was lovely, completely made my day. Well done to Beggs for making me feel special.

I ordered some walking shoes from Beggs. They came on time, well packaged and with a hand written note, which in this age of computerised everything, was really appreciated. Unfortunately the shoes are not a great fit and I'll have to return them, but Beggs make it easy.

This was my first time shopping with Begg shoes, although on this occasion the item I chose wasn’t suitable, I must say that I would have no hesitation buying from this company again. Excellent service, genuinely very attentive to their customers.

It's hard for me to get shoes that fit and it saves so much time and stress to be able to go into Beggs, say what I'm looking for and get their options. The day I was in the shop was busy but the staff were really lovely and attentive to everyone. Never had such a fun shopping experience. And I got cute shoes to boot!

I have been shopping at the Inverness Branch for about 15 years, I live in North Wales and go there because of the customer service and endless patience when I want to see the latest shoes and trainers. The staff are lovely and I buy my yearly supplies when I am up on holiday twice yearly. Their on line service is second to none and I have had my goods delivered the very next day. Keep up the good work and many a business could learn a lot with your methods and manners which are inherent to such a great business.

I ordered a pair of ECCO walking shoes after seeing a pair in a shop in Ashbourne which I liked but they didn’t have my size, therefore googled website that had them - came across Begg shoes- excellent service with free postage and they arrive with me within 3 days of ordering with a delightful personal written note to thank me for my order- much appreciated Hayley. I live in Wales and would normally support small local businesses, but in this instance was glad to support a small excellent business in Scotland. All the best.
