The main head on my vacuum cleaner broke. I emailed Beldray and the service was EXCELLENT. They not only answered promptly but replaced the head for free as they established it was still in warranty. Came in 2 days. Super impressed. Also I love my Vacuum cleaner. Have had the really expensive ones in the past and this really stands up well, especially the price and customer service. Highly recommended.

I love my floor cleaner.
My Beldray was delivered in good time and well packaged.
I love my floor cleaner, I had the older version and I was worried the new one would not be as good. But it is. It basically does the same thing as the old, and is easier to clean.
