Shocking lack of customer service!!!! I ordered a 6 seater couch for 2,000Fr on 8 August for delivery 8 November. After no contact and no answer to multiple emails I managed to speak to an agent who told me they would arrange delivery after 10 December. On the 17th after no contact and being ignored again I called and was told that the couch might be ready after June 2026, or not. “Delays happen, not our problem” the agent told me. So now I have to sit on the floor for 6 months while I wait for another couch to be delivered.

The furniture is exactly as shown in the photo. It fits the room perfectly. Excellent communication and assistance in selecting furniture. I highly recommend it.

Great selection of chairs -- comfortable and affordable (with applicable offers). It is my second time buying a chair from them, and I am pretty happy.

Discounts are fake. They pretend there are black Friday discounts, but as soon as black Friday ends, the full price becomes what jsed to be marked as a discounted price

Garbage products and terrible customer service. It's all cheap stuff from aliexpress sold x10. Never buy full price, they have sales at half the price every other week. Also most of the reviews seem to be fake.

A terrible experience from start to finish.
The delivery was initially delayed beyond the expected date. The sofa I ordered arrived seriously damaged, after repeated delays. I had to keep the broken sofa at home for weeks, completely taking up the living room, without receiving any assistance.
The customer service is chaotic and inefficient: slow responses, broken promises, and no real assistance.
Only one employee showed up for the replacement, forcing a friend of mine to help carry two sofas up several flights of stairs—despite having paid for delivery to the floor.
As "compensation," I was offered an outrageous amount for the inconvenience.
And finally, the new sofa doesn't even meet the measurements listed on the website.

An unreliable company, with poor customer service and terrible problem management.

Ordered a set consisting of a table and a chair. Timely delivery, good quality items.

We bought 2 lovely beds from Beliani (+ 1 matress). The frames are sturdy, elegant and the fabric of high quality. It was easy to assemble them which is always an added benefit. The matress is also super.

I ordered a coffee table that was showing in stock. Four days later a email was sent saying "Your order is on its way to your home". Yet nothing has arrived weeks later and the freight company say they have been advised of the parcel but "We have no tracks for your parcel yet".

A realistic description of skill level required to assemble furniture (or an image of all the parts) would be helpful.

I ordered a bed from Beliani with in-room delivery. Once the delivery team left, I opened the packages and realized that both the screws and slats were missing — roughly 25% of the product. Customer service offered me two unacceptable options: a 95 CHF voucher or to wait 4–5 weeks for the missing parts, with no compensation or apology. After pushing back, I eventually received a full refund — which I appreciate — but this situation should never have happened in the first place. For a purchase over 1000 CHF, the service and issue management were deeply disappointing. I would not recommend this company.

I purchased an outdoor table and a salon carpet from Beliani and am very satisfied. The table is sturdy and weather-resistant, while the carpet is soft and stylish, enhancing the space beautifully. Both items arrived on time and met my expectations in quality and design. Highly recommend

We ordered some wooden furniture for the bathroom.

Cons:
- They allow you to purchase products that are out of stock, and they don't make this very clear in their UX (1 item took 4 months to arrive)
- They don't send you a notification if an item is delayed, you will have to check in with them
- They don't offer refunds
- The items themselves are of varying quality, for example some screw-holes were missing, hinges were crooked and so on

Pros:
- It is cheap and they have a website

I love the website, the product range and the good deals. I chose several products from Beliani and I was with all of them satisfied. I think they have a great and stylish sortiment for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!
