Returns are impossible. I should have seen it, since shipping furniture is not as straightforward. I bought a couple of bar stools that ended up being of really poor quality. The seams started to open up after 2 months of use. Their reply is that the condition is "good enough" for now and to give it some time to see if they deteriorate further (really !?!). It's worthless to fight for it since you spend more time and energy. Not worth it. Better to buy at a physical store. It is a huge risk if you're not happy with your item. They're return policy is worthless, at the end of the day, who keeps the original packaging of furniture? And why would i want a voucher to buy anything else from them... I've wasted my time and money with this store. I wont risk buying here again.

An order had to be returned because it had multiple faults. Customer service was very slow to respond to my requests for pick up, but eventually it got sorted. However, I received no written confirmation of return, or cancellation of the invoice. I am still waiting despite asking several times and it is over 3 weeks since the goods were returned.

The information about products is clear on the website. I was able to easily place the order and get help through emails about the little issue that I had. The staff were polite and helpful.

Beliani offers great quality products at a reasonable price, compared to similar retailers. I am super happy with both of my purchases (set of 4 dining chairs plus outdoor furniture set), both of which look classy but didn't cost the earth. Delivery was also quick and smooth. Very glad I found their store online.

Bought several items from here, I was very happy with the quality of all. assembly much much easier and less time consuming than ikea and the quality is really good. When i had an issue with my purchase they offered me couple of options which i thought was really nice. I would definitely recommend.

I bought a bistro set worth CHF150. I returned it promptly and in perfect shape; the color was wrong. First, I was told I would only get a CHF50 refund. After arguing back and forth with them, I received a voucher for CHF120, valid only in Beliani and for one year only.
Unfair to not get my money back. NEVER buying at Beliani again and would never recommend them.
