The replacement was supposed to be included, but extra price was charged and there was no option to not include it.

Credit card payment failed multiple times. The online chat did not respond. Finally worked out with paypal payment.

Appalling customer service. The promised "365 days of right of return" is nothing but a scam; first of all, it's a voucher (not cash refund), and second - you can only return the item in the original cardboard box it shipped in. I tried returning an unopened item in its original product packaging, but was told that it must be in the original unopened cardboard box that it was shipped in (along with other items), so the return was rejected. It's also marketed as "free shipping and returns", but the return actually involves a shipping fee of CHF 12,96.

Ridiculous policy, will not be buying from Beliani again.

I’ve purchased some fornitura on April 2023 and it could only be delivered in August 2023 (4 months later!!!). I was told that I will receive it on the 6th of August. It is 16th and still waiting…horror!

After saving up for many months, we recently purchased a rattan sofa from Beliani. They were delivered to our new house (in a different town), and so we didnt see them for a few weeks. We could immediately see that the sofa was damaged and the packaging was completely insufficient for such an item. They were wrapped only in a thin cardboard cover cellotaped together which was covered in holes and gaps (see attached pictures) and there were multiple scuffs and scrapes to the sofa through the holes in the 'packaging', including a huge dent to the corner of one of the arms. We immediately reported the damage to Beliani and requesting a refund or replacement, as the 'new' sofas we had purchased were badly damaged, we were told we needed to report the fault in 24hrs and they instead offered us €150 as a 'good will gesture' The sofa cost €1000 and are completely unusable. We were told that we could have purchased extra insurance for the items and tracked them online to ensure we were available at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the company to ensure that the goods are protected in transportation and arrive as new. Beliani completely failed in this responsibility and we are heart broken that after many months of saving for new sofas they arrived completely broken. I urge you not to buy anything from Beliani if you wish to avoid a similar situation.

It was the first time and it will be the last time I order from this shop. I ordered a boxspring that I never received because DHL was so incompetent. Instead of receiving it they send it back to Beliani. And now I have to wait probably 2 weeks again to receive it because Beliani is absolutely not reactive at all. It is already in package, the only thing thew have to do is to send it back. There is nothing to prepare. And the minimum would be to send it back via express. I did not have any excuses or compensation. Worst company.

Really disappointing service level and quality. I ordered a chest of drawers which came with a faulty leg as it did not have the screw to attach it to the rest of the parts.

The website stated that you could purchase 4 products for the price of 3. I did not get any discount. But I normally like the product quality from Beliani anyway I am just a bit disappointed that the website is not working as it should.
