Worse experience ever. We ordert 1 month before we need the delivery because we need it a specific day. Process all said delivery 5-7 days. Safer 2 week we received email most where not on stock anymore. 1 week before we needed products I try to ask when are they coming, nobody has a clue. They where not even ready to be shipped (3 weeks after order) the day we need it comes and goes, still nobody has a clue where the items are, when they come, tell me some shipping tracking, does not work, tell me is coming maybe, they don't know, telling me shipping companies are at fault, all in all. No shipping had to cancel everything since then we are not at house anymore die to traveling. Horrible experience, not reliable. Horrible service, do NOT order unless you can wait at home for day in the home eventually maybe something will be delivered.

Products ordered, were confirmed as available until ordering. After ordering we got information products are delayed for various months. Other products are not delivered on confirmed delivery dates. Big mess wit beliani! They have no control on their logistic company. Would not order here at all any more.

I found Belini when I was trying to find chairs for my dining room, they had exactly what I was looking for, I was so impressed with the quality for the price, that I also bought a coffee table called JOSE, it measures, 120 x 60 cm, it's a beautiful table, very sturdy and very easy to put together, I really love it and it makes the living room look very elegant.

Just got a 150 € product from this site which I'm trying to return and they are sending all kinds of excuses via email instead of sending me the return label, including keeping the item and giving me 1/5 (33 €) of the item's cost. The website says in every corner that their return policy is easy, which is a complete lie as far as I'm concerned.

I do not recommend this site to anyone, not worth the hassle and anxiety!

Having only lived in Spain for 5 months, we were not familiar with the best places to buy affordable and well-made furniture online. The goods arrived in a timely fashion, with good communication as to their arrival. Every item we received was of excellent quality and we were so happy that we have recently ordered some more goods from the site. We would totally recommend Beliani.

Really happy with my outdoor sofa. It looks very chic and I like the freedom of using it as a corner sofa / one long sofa or 2 sofas facing each other. Ordering process, delivery went very well. Easy to assemble. My first purchase from Beliani and I would definitely purchase again based on this experience. Value for money good.

the delivery was timely as promised and the installation team that came were very professional and adequately numbered to complete the installation in a very reasonable time. we also liked the quality of the product a lot.

Don't buy from this company. Purchased some new dining room chairs from their .es site. 2 of the chairs after 2 days started to squeak and the backs started to come loose. I asked for a refund as I was within the 14 days, and they offer a 365 day free return policy. I had throw out the boxes as any normal person does when they are happy with the purchase and not expecting them to break in a matter of days. On contacting Beliani I was told I could only have a refund if I arranged a return to their warehouse in Germany having purchased from a Spanish website. This would have cost around 100€. Terrible company who only keep quoting their terms and conditions! Stay away!

Ordered furniture for 8000 € to be shipped to Spain. Now neither DHL nor Beliani.es take responsibility when the goods are returned to Germany due to unclear reasons. DHL claim that they were here last friday 26:th, and left a note in my mailbox since nobody was there.
Well - they did not notify or agree any day or time with me and the note is a lie, my mailbox is so so empty!
Neither DHL not Beliani.es have called me, I have to do all the callings in spite of their promises to call me.
I must advice against dealing with Beliani.es and DHL aswell, since both companies are running away from their
responsibilities and put the blame on the other part, instead of helping the customer. The matter is still unresolved and I am still sleeping on the floor!
