I had a very positive experience with Beliani. Although my chair delivery was delayed by a couple of weeks, the product arrived in perfect condition and met my expectations.

What really stood out to me was their excellent customer service. When I raised a complaint about the delay, their team responded quickly and handled everything in a very professional and friendly manner. As a gesture of goodwill, they kindly offered me the opportunity to choose another product of my choice, ( a duvet set)which was delivered promptly and in great condition & quality

I truly appreciate how seriously they took my concern and how generously they compensated me. It shows that customer satisfaction is important to them. Thank you for turning the situation into such a positive experience!

At a first dissapointment regarding delivery conchita from customer service made contact with me to sort the problem. However it wasnt something at fault of belliani but a transporter conchita made contact with the transport and sorteer the problem . 2 days later my bed was deliverd. Not stopping there conchita made contact with me to make sure I reveived this. For the inconveniance she offered me a present wich I can choose from a wide variety of items.
Then you understand customer satisfaction.

EDIT: Time really flies. It’s now been almost half a year, and I still have no product and my money is gone.
The story continues. Beliani eventually agreed to issue a refund after “investigating” what seemed to be the world’s most difficult problem. However, because so much time had passed, I had already closed the bank account I originally used. I forgot to tell them, and they never asked. Once I realized it, I provided my new bank details.
I contacted my old bank three separate times to trace the payment. As anyone would expect, the refund should have bounced back automatically. But Beliani continued to deny it. To prove the point, I even transferred a small amount to my closed account, it bounced back immediately. Still, no progress.
At this stage, I’ve stopped trying to resolve this on my own and have escalated the case to the consumer protection authorities.
I repeat: avoid this place.

Original experience:
It has been two months since I placed my order. After weeks of silence, I was finally told that the package is damaged.

I contacted customer service and clearly asked for a refund, but they keep saying they are “investigating” instead of resolving the issue.

I hope I get my money back soon, but based on this experience, I would never recommend this website. Do yourself a favor: go to a proper store, see the product, and buy it there. Avoid this place.

The order was delivered 10 days later than promised on the website. Part of the purchase was never delivered, yet it was marked as “delivered” online. Customer service took an extremely long time to respond, and despite multiple back-and-forth messages, nothing was resolved.

I would never buy from this company. Their ads promote engagement by reactivating trauma responses (a mother deliberately dropping her childrens dinners on the floor in front of them with an emotionless face) and use of whispering in their ads extensively (misophonia to create rage)...they need to change their marketing advisor.

They say they accept American Express cards, but I tried to make a payment (both with my credit card directly, then via Google Pay), and neither worked. This is no issue of solvability, as it doesn't even accept the cc number, before even checking if the payment is accepted. Because of this, I lost out on a €100 cashback promo.

Furthermore, their mobile website is anything but user friendly. If you refuse their cookies, they proceed to ask you to accept them on every. single. page. afterwards, until you accept all of them. That makes you want to not even purchase anything at all.

We got a great mattress and had fast delivery! I recommend it to everyone looking for something new!

I would like to give 5 star because I ordered a king bed and a mirror and one teddy bank for the bedroom, all of them delivered ontime and in a good condition, quality of product in compare with price is amazing.

I ordered the Winipeg white 4 drawer (€150)

Very disapointing quality! 2 drawers are painted a completely different shade of white. The structure is unstable and the drawers feel loose and cheap. The front of the drawers arrived damaged.

I asked for a full refund. I got offered a €35 return payment or a crappy gift.

The products were really beautiful and I get a lot of compliments on them.

I have bought Savalen bank from beliani. Before my purchase, i sent them an email and they confirmed that couch has PU coating on it and water repellent. I have refurbished my existing couch. Once we received the new one, we realised that its not pu coated, they misinformed us. It took them 1 week to arrange the return, so we had to live without a couch and big box in the living room. After the return, its been 2 weeks, 10 working days and they havent refunded my money.

Wanted to check out Black Friday sale, almost impossible to navigate your page to see all categories of products. This has got to be the worst, most confusing website layout i have encountered, kills the wish to shop even from the most enthusiastic buyer. It shouldn't be that difficult to have a layout were a customer can just scroll through a list of products you have on sale!

Bought two light fittings. Realised early on they were no longer needed so tried to cancel the order. Was told they had already been shipped. The courier failed to collect 3x over. It took nearly 2 months to finally have the goods collected and to receive a refund. I will not be buying from this company again.

First experience was good, but the second order I got with damaged part. First contact was ok, but after it became awkward - no updates, no answers - rude in chat, when trying to figure out what with my case. So after week I still living with boxes in my living room and no any information about what is going on(

I’m very satisfied with Beliani.nl. Their customer service is excellent — they always respond quickly whenever I send an email or need support. The service is fast, professional, and reliable. I highly recommend them!

On 07.10.2025 I received my order damaged, bath for more than 900 euro. I make pictures immediately and provide in the email all evidence with request of replacement. Today 16.11.2025 no resolution no replacement, damaged bath standing here and the company try to fool me every couple days with another bit of recompensation and another delays. Definitive not recommended! If you have appointmen for work or some project to be finished on specific time forget about fast resolution. This company don't give a shit about customers and their preferences. On my first email they respond with instructions how can I remove those permanent scratches myself all in details with paper sizes etc. 😂😂 wtf ! I pay 900 euro for a product black bath in mat asking for replacement and their first idea was to advise me how I can fix this myself 🤦🏻‍♀️ when I confirm this must be a joke and I want new bath they never answered me back. I send another additional emails, reminders, no answer. They only answered when I cal ,guess they were out of choice having me on the phone and had to say something to pretend and offer me another bit of recompense and another couple days of silent. Actually I don't have a new bath or money back as request at day first.

Little update it is even worse as I mentioned above. I had to bring up this case every where on a social media call bol.com to help me many times else nothing will move on. This crap cost me soo much stress and energy is not normal. After last call to bol when they checked how long they are resolving my problem and tha we are close to 30 days i finally got confirmation for delivery in November 04. Just reminder I received shipment on 07.0.2025. My case will be resolved when I have new bath at home. If you don't want to go through the same shit I recommend to buy somewhere else. And it was not a matter of order 50 or 100 euro it was a matter of almost 1000 euro. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I need to make update else they will remove my comment pfff like if was not enough what I already mentioned

The company offered me several solutions after a small issue with my cutlery.
It was resolved quickly and costumer service was very thoughtful and kind.
They were very reasonable.

The products I received were exactly as advertised otherwise and beautiful.
I'm really happy and content with them.
