Great product, good price, but most important, amazing client service
The quality of the product is great while offering lowest prices compared to the competitors. I also had to interact with the client service to cancel a single item in my order and it was really smooth and quick and I find them super supportive.

Excellent customer support and nice bed
Excellent customer support and nice-looking bed (Bed met opbergruimte stof beige 140 x 200 cm DINAN). there were some missing pieces but I emailed them and they answered promptly and send the pieces over very quickly.

Great customer service and delivery - goods as per website!
I bought a matress and a chaise longue from Beliani and the products were how they look on the website.
The people at the customer service has been quick in replying to my emails and very kind in helping me getting the ordered goods on a certain day (and even time window!) as I was coordinating an international moving. All run perfectly and it was really a luxory service!
The people delivering the goods were also very kind and helpful and they arrived punctually within the time stated in the delivery notification.
In sum, a great team of people behind Beliani's goods!

I am so happy with this company! I love their products and their customer service is excellent!
Last year I bought a sofa bed for my terrace which I totally enjoyed during the last 2 summers.
This year I decided to also buy its own waterproof cover (rather than using a "home-made" one). It arrived, it fitted nicely and perfectly. However, after 2 weeks I noticed a little hole in the cover which would not make it waterproof anymore. I contacted the Beliani customer service and even though we could not figure out what caused the hole, they immediately sent another brand new cover for free!
I am a very satisfied client!

Customer service was amazing
Customer service was amazing. I'm very satisfied with a double bed I recently bought. An assistant by the name of Rianne was really helpful. She gave me so much information and in such organized fashion that made my choice so much easier and saved me a lot of time.
