Super efficient customer service! As a non-Dutch speaker, I prefer written communication. They were able to resolve a matter very promptly and according to my wishes (/requirements), over email. Two thumbs up!

Would be nice if we get the message telling if we'll get notification when it is in delivery process after ordering pre-ordered products (that are not in stok now). Felt unsure if the order will be here according to time.

Mattress terrible quality, hard as a rock. I am having terrible back pain from the day one and the fabric is very cheap. Before buying contacted their support to make sure that it’s refundable, was told that it is, via the chat. Eventually, after 9 days of terrible sleep they refused to exchange or refund. Lost time and money.

In addition, deceiving practices mentioned on the terms and conditions, on the front page they say that you can always return the item if the quality is not satisfactory with an additional comment in T&C (only in case if it is unpacked!!!)

Amazing Service! I got a plaid that was not exactly how I imagined in terms of color, I contacted them for a return, they just told me we'll refund the money and you get to keep the plaid!!! I'm truly speechless.

One of the best service experiences in a while! Had a small issue with one of the products I ordered, but Susan and her team were swift to find a good solution.

I wish that the Portuguese shop could deliver to belgium.

Don't order anything from that company. They make a lot of mistakes and do the same mistakes again.

I have ordered a workdesk (with promocode of gift) almost a month ago. The table was delivered to wrong address and no promocode gift was included.

People, who got the delivery, wrote me a letter saying that they have my parcel (so, beliani didn't tell me that they had incorrect delivery.). As I know, they contacted beliani. Did Beliani give my personal data to random people?

I had to move the workdesk via UberVan to my address. (It was compensated by beliani as a result).

When I contacted beliani about the promocode gift, they sent me list of items that might be selected. I selected a lamp, but next day they called me and said that they don't have it! So, they offered me replacement. And replacement was not delivered again!!! Same issue as with table - they tried to deliver it to incorrect address!

The workdesk that I ordered has a manufacturing defect and I was not able to assemble it. I had to wait for a few days until they approve the defect. Then defect part was replaced, but it was replaced with incorrect part! So, I had to drill holes in first part by myself.

Then the table didn't have one of the screws, that I had to ask again from beliani.

To sum up:

Mistakes on every step: table delivered to the wrong adddress, I had to pick it up myself, table has a manufacturing defect, replacement part was incorrect. Delivery of second item was also to the wrong address.

Pathetic service. Stay away from that company.

I am thrilled with Beliani. They care for their customers. In my case, I had a problem with one of the purchases and contacted their customer services. They were great. They followed up on the issue, contacted me daily, and did their best to address the problem. They discussed available options with me and selected the one that was best for me.

In one word THIEVES.
These people is doing nothing else besides steal your money.
Bought a chair not even 3 moths ago, always used it in a appropriate manner and for my surprise the left armrest broke, literally fall (broken).
I contacted Beliani and sent pictures in advance.
They didn't even asked my to send the broke armrest back to them so they can analyse it.
They simply told me that it is my fault even the chair is almost new...
So, if you buy something from these dishonest people and that item is faulty, you can expect no support or assistance from beliani, as they just want your money, they don't care at all about their customers rights like warranties and stuff.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRAP COMPANY.

I moved recently and needed new furniture but had no idea where to shop. I found Beliani.nl and found a runner carpet I liked. It was a good price so I bought it. I loved it so much; it looks great, soft on my feet and easy to spot clean (it's in the kitchen) that I bought another runner and a large rug of the same type for my living room. I am delighted with the product and with how quickly Beliani delivered. They kept me informed throughout the process. I will use them again and often!

Great service, order arrived much earlier than described and product was perfect. Highly recommended!

Appreciate the ability to choose delivery date

This was my second purchase from Beliani. Really enjoy the stuff. We got one couch and one coffee table. Very cool stuff ! Better than what I expected. Great price !
