I purchased and installed a screen protector at the Apple Store, which came with a guarantee. However, when attempting to claim the warranty, I discovered that their website consistently displayed numerous errors. Consequently, I was forced to purchase a new screen protector, which was not from Belkin.
The screen protector began to peel off approximately one month after installation.

Placed an order with Belkin on 28 October. A couple of days passed and I got tracking information from DHL, but no movement for two weeks. I contacted DHL who advised they hadn’t received the parcel and to contact the retailer. Tried to web-chat with Belkin but gave in and called, was on hold for approximately 20 mins. Agent apologised and said he has escalated with his back office team, but also said there has been issues with UK deliveries. He reassured me the team are aware and currently working on it. I received an email acknowledging the issue on Tuesday night and then further received tracking updates on Wednesday afternoon. I received my item today (14/11/2024) which is as expected (packaging well and no damage). It’s not the best experience, but with a little patience, my item arrived.
Horrendous service and NO support
My order placed on 29th October showed as "Fulfilled" on the tracking update on my order. Nothing changed and after waiting one week I eventually got through to customer services (Belkin 'Customer Service is the very definition of misnomer!) and all they could tell me was that they would escalate the problem. No information on the timescale for resolution or offer to keep me updated.
On 12th November I ordered the same product from Amazon and it arrived less than 24 hours later.
On 13th November, the same day my Amazon order was delivered, I received confirmation that my original Belkin order would arrive on 14th November.
I can't find information on how to return for refund on the Belkin web site so tried the online chat who advised me to phone.
They do not care a jot that I am the customer and have wasted hours of my life on this garbage already.
Would NEVER EVER order from Belkin again. Avoid at all costs.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Passed pillar to post. Nobody knew what was going on (issue with them putting the incorrect labels on orders apparently). Reuqested a refund, chased it a few times, and then they dispatched the order again! Completely abhorant service. Products are decent, just don't order from them. Order from Amazon instead.
Non-delivery, no refund, awful
Order placed 3 weeks ago, not arrived. Belkin is almost impossible to communicate with! Chat can't help, they say phone. Phone didn't help. Tried email, they didn't help. I asked initially for an update on delivery but since have asked for a refund. I have had nothing. Truly awful. If I could give no stars instead of one I would. Corporate evasion of helping customers at its worst.
Poor customer service - avoid
Really poor experience, placed an order over 2 weeks ago, advised item has been shipped. DHL advised a week ago there was an exception and DHL needed to contact them, since then been trying to get a response from their support team - it seems to be non existent. Waited in the phone for 45 mins before being answered and now constantly told wait a further 24/48 hours for response. They are now saying due to a large number of contacts my response will be delayed, clearly points to a poor support setup and don’t value customer care. Have tried contacting them via various methods but not getting anywhere, also asked to escalate my complaint but they are not interested - telling me to be patient. Avoid at all costs, wish I had not placed an order with them.
Rubbish Phone and Chatline Support
Ordered cables on 27th October. No delivery after 10 days. Contacted the Chatline - agent could not tell me if they had my order even though I gave the reference number.
She suggested I contact the Hotline. 20 minutes now and no answer - just bad music. So now I need to contact my card company and cancel.

I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to write one about this company. I always thought that Belkin was a reputable brand, I mean Apple clearly think so as they stock their items on their website.
I ordered a Belkin iphone 16 pro max ultraglass 2 screen protector for my phone. It was all okay, until about 5 days after purchasing, the screen protector lifted from one edge. I started a live chat with Belkin and to give them their due they were quick to respond, hence 2 stars instead of 1. However, they told me that the replacement was out of stock and was not due back in for 5 weeks. I thought that's a bit strange because even on the Belkin website they are in stock. He gave me the option of a refund but told me it would take 30 days (30 days in this day and age?). I decided to wait for a replacement, but after coming to trustpilot to read the reviews I went back onto the live chat and told them I had changed my mind and I wanted a refund. I had absolutely no confidence that this guy was actually requesting any replacement in the first place. He was quick to end the chat when I had questions about whether I would receive any kind of email confirmation about my replacement, so I decided I just wanted to start the refund process and I would get a new one from a different company.
Anyway, after requesting the refund I asked whether there would be any confirmation of this, and he said no not straight away. Which again I find strange. But I really do not think anything was done about my complaint, and I feel as though I may have been done out of £34.95.
If I had checked trust pilot prior to purchasing, I would not have gone near this company with a 10 foot barge pole.

I had a problem applying my screen protector and wasn’t happy with the result, contacted customer support, they were absolutely brilliant, they sent out a replacement, no quibble, the item came via DHL and was perfect.

Belkin website scam
I tried to make a purchase on Belkin website. Although I tried with two different cards, my payment got rejected with the same error, and my order was not confirmed. However, my both cards have been charged. Their support team keeps saying just wait we informed the finance team, but nothing happens. They definitely looks like scammers.
Terrible experience with Belkin
Terrible experience with Belkin. I’ve been trying to get a VAT invoice for over three weeks through customer support, and every time they say it’ll be sent in 24–48 hours, but it never arrives. I even waited 45 minutes on the phone without anyone answering. On chat again, they told me they can’t issue invoices or even see my order, meaning I was lied to on multiple occasions. I’ll be buying from Anker from now on.
Sent Wrong Item Then Ignores Customer
They sent me the wrong item. Chat just points me to phone them up, so I phone them, they ask to send an email to them with proof. I send it it over.
This was a month ago. I still haven't recived what I ordered nor have I got a response. They are just ignoring me after I have sent many follow-up emails.
If you must order from them, just order through Amazon.
Worse company I've ever dealt with
Worse company I've ever dealt with. My product was faulty. No return details on their website. Had to queue for 1 hour and 8 mins to speak to someone. Then had to fight to return my item. Got a return label - but they expected me to pay for the postage. Their products might be ok, but I'd buy them from John Lewis or another store, rather than dealing with them directly.
Customer support doesn't exist
It will always take them an hour to pick up the phone, however, their live chat customer service can't do a single thing other than referring you back to the customer service on the phone. They purposely make it that way so customers will give up on reaching out to them and they can run away from claims or responsibilities on lost or defective orders. Don't provide them with your business until they fix this.
Steer clear of this company
I bought an iPhone 15 Pro Max from an Apple Store last December. I was talked into having a Belkin screen protector at a cost of £34.95. This was fitted at the Apple Store.
Within 3 months the screen protector was showing air bubbles underneath which gradually got worse until a few weeks later the screen protector fell off.
I complained to the Apple Store who told me it was nothing to do with them but contact Belkin. I did this through e-mails sending the receipt and warranty. I was then told that the screen protector was out of stock but they would definitely have a new one for me by the end of August. I heard nothing from them. I e-mailed them again during the first week of September and no reply. I e-mailed again the second week of September and no reply.
I then went onto the Live Chat and actually explained what happened. Live Chat was not easy. I found I could not type a reply in the box unless I left the chat and then came back to it. The screen protector I needed was still out of stock. I insisted on a refund as I had now bought a screen protector at a local phone shop. I was told it could take 30 days for a refund to be approved and probably another 30 days for the money to go back into my account. I said go ahead as I have been waiting 2 months already.
Last week I received an e-mail from Belkin about claiming my refund which was not an easy process. I was sent a code and then HSBC refund service e-mailed me another code that expired after 15 minutes. What a rigmarole. You would think I was claiming back £3,495 instead of £34.95.
I persevered with this as I was so angry. I even told Belkin that Boeing can produce an aircraft every 2 weeks but they cannot produce a screen protector in 2 months.
A few days ago my refund was in my bank account.
I will never have anything to do with Belkin again.
Poor quality products, worse customer support
I purchased Belkin InvisiGlass Ultra Screen Protection for iPhone mid-July 2024 for $44 at the Apple store and had a technician install on my new iPhone. Felt a bit of a scam but I thought why not, I want to make sure my phone was protected and I trust Apple and apparently they trust Belkin enough to carry their products. Huge mistake, Belkin's product was not as sturdy as what I buy at the corner shop and their customer support is terrible.
As directed I registered it for the warranty and thank goodness I did - this screen protector cracked within a week, fastest this has ever happened. I tried completing the form to on the website for them to send a replacement but the website was super glitchy and not working so I called Belkin customer service to get a replacement sent.
I was on hold for 20 minutes so tried the website again while still on hold. After trying a couple of workarounds I finally was able to complete the form to request a replacement, which I'm not sure will go through because there was no place to upload a photo of the damaged screen.
At 27 minutes on hold and no help I decided to hang up.
Really impressed
Bought a 16 pro max ,put a Belkin tempered glass ,broke it ,and within 2-5 days belkin sent a new one free of charge ,really impressed by their customer service ,easy process either sending them proof or chatting online to log the issue in .

Both me and my wife have belkin screen protectors on our I phones, both cracked a little as expected when dropped but belkin sent out replacements within a week, simple process online to fill out a form requesting a receipt and photographic evidence of damage, couldn’t be easier.

In August, I requested a replacement delivery for my damaged smartphone protective cover.
After the extremely complicated process of registering the RMA in the first place, they confirmed that I would receive a new cover via RMA949659 / Case Number:16828671
Then they sent the package to some address
DHL could not deliver it and instead of delivering it to a packing station, the shipment was returned.
Since I work in customer support myself, I wrote to the support and sent all possible data so that there would be no queries - the request was from 04.09 -> no answer
Then I kindly sent out a reminder on 17.09.2024 -> no response.
Conclusion -> paid 40 € for a overpriced smartphone cover
- where I was promised I would get one free of charge in the event of damage.
- Afterwards I received no feedback, additional effort + additional costs
