Bellapiere Costa Maya ruined my cruise
My stop in Costa Maya was marred by an absolutely awful experience at the Bellapierre Costa Maya store. The aggressive sales person lured me in the door with the promise of only using a minute or so of my time. He made me feel so bad about myself and my looks and all my wrinkles (I'm 50 and don't have wrinkles). The sales person was very high pressure and kept me there for over an hour.
Unfortunately I fell for their scam and authorized a large purchase on my credit card only to discover that they do not accept any returns (even for unopened products). I left with the promise of thorough follow-up and having the expensive product shipped to my home to be received by the time I returned from the cruise. The product arrived 10 days late, and delivery was refused. So now I am out the considerable amount of money, I do not have the product I paid for.
I'm usually not naïve, but I let myself be talked in to their horrible products by the less than truthful sales person.
