Incomplete order with no explanation
I haven't received all the products that I ordered and there was no purchase order in the package : 4 products are missing out of 10. I wrote about this problem, using the online contact form from bellapierre's website but haven't heard from the Customer Service since and am very disappointed in the quality of the service. I intend to open a Paypal dispute if I don't get any news by this week-end.

I have been buying these beautiful…
I have been buying these beautiful natural products for 12 years and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed. I started with the mineral foundation which is so easy to apply and gives even the over 60's a lovely glow! I have also purchased two stacks of mineral powders which are very easy to apply and blend beautifully. They stay true to colour all day long with no fall-out. I love it all!
