I have gone to the Belle Tire in Avon…

I have gone to the Belle Tire in Avon Indiana for years. They used to be dependable and honest. Everyone in my family used them - even my parents. A little over a year ago that all changed. Not one of us has been there for new tires or a simple patch that they have not tried to upsell. My dad took his car in for new front tires. It was making a noise but he did not say anything to them because we have an actual mechanic for repairs. They "decided" to do an inspection. You guessed it - all kinds of repairs on the front in. Almost a thousand dollars. He took it down to his mechanic. What a surprise a loos break clip and fixed for $25. That was the last straw for us

I had 4 used tires put on

I had 4 used tires put on, my 2 front weren't that bad. I had a spare rim I wanted to put one of those fronts on, they put on my old tire and not one I asked for, I went back in and let them know. They went back out got out my rim and put the tire I requested on but in doing so my rim got bent and now it won't hold air even though it's the same rim I have driven on for almost 3 years. So it got mysteriously bent some where between getting it back out of my car and putting the tire that was supposed to get put on, yet they are saying it was already like that..Will never go back!!!

Scheduled an appt for flat repair

Scheduled an appt for flat repair. Upon arrival for my appointment, was greeted somewhat rudely by Don at the 28th St Grand Rapids (Kentwood) store. I described my issue and he told me it was a flat repair. I explained that it was a slow leaker issue, and he corrected me again and called it a flat repair. I didn't respond....and then I asked how long it would take and he said 90 minutes, appearing annoyed with me. I waited approx. 5 min and then left to get a bite to eat. Came back about 20 min later and my car was moved to a different spot. I approached the counter and asked about the status. Don said it was done and I asked about what they found. Don was vague and said they found something with the tire, some small issue, and that it was repaired. When I asked further, he said he wasn't sure exactly, but they repaired the tire. He said they "broke it down" to do the inspection. I was skeptical, but clearly wasn't getting a straight answer so I didn't question it any further and left. I got home and checked the tire pressure. It was 5-6 pounds below the recommended pressure. Red flag #1....if they broke the tire down, why wouldn't they fill it to the recommended pressure? I called the store the next day and Don answered. I explained to him that the pressure was low and that if they truly took the tire off the rim to inspect, why would the pressure be so low? He had no answer and only said I could come back in and have it re-checked. I told him that I suspected that it wasn't looked at at all, and he again told me I could bring it back in....I just said ok, thank you and hung up. I later called back to a different store and asked them if they typically have adaptors for locking lug nuts. They said no. My wheels had lock nuts on them and I forgot to bring in the adaptor for that prior visit. Red flag #2...they didn't even take the rim/tire off my vehicle! I called and reported to the store manager. I also took my rim/tire issue to Discount Tire where they found a leaky valve stem/wheel interface....they cleaned it up, sealed it, and replaced the valve stem. Repair fixed, issue resolved. Shame on Belle Tire and in particular DON! I will only go to Discount Tire from this point forward.

Bought tires in Elkhart Indiana

Bought tires in Elkhart Indiana, theY suggested these tires, so I bought them. Within a few weeks all tires were losing air, took back and they had to clean bead surface on rims, they should have done that when the mounted them. They provided an alignment check that was good. Two year later after rotaTing at each oil change the tires became noisy. Today I had a right from tire losing 10 psi overnight, called store they told me two days out to fix tire. Also was told I bought an "entry level" tire, hence the noisy tires. What the heck is entry level? they said they were great tires when I purchased them, now find they have discontinued selling them. ASOLUTELY WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BELLE TIRE AGAIN.

Inferior Products, Rude Customer Service, False Accusations, and Corporate Bullying!

This company has not only provided substandard products and concealed critical inspection findings, but they have also resorted to dismissive customer service, false accusations, and information gaps to bully consumers. Their behavior shows a blatant disregard for consumer rights and potentially endangers lives.
As a consumer, I urge everyone to be cautious of this company’s misconduct. Do not patronize this business—they’ve made it clear that any transaction here is “at your own risk.”
Additionally, I encourage all consumers who have experienced similar issues to come forward, share their stories, and expose unethical practices like these. Together, we can protect our rights and prevent further harm to others.

Went to the Belle Tire at Country Club…

Went to the Belle Tire at Country Club Rd and Rockville. We had a screw in our tire. We literally waited 3 hours to get it fixed. When I asked what was taking so long the response I got was "we put appointments at a higher priority". Now, you lost a customer. 4 guys up front just randomly talking, looking at their phones, etc. How about less people up front and more in the back? There should be a bay open strictly for quick jobs. You people lack so much.

I have a very hard to believe story but…

I have a very hard to believe story but is 100% true. went to Belle tires for four tires got two of them the first time they destroyed some lug nuts and said they can't take the rest off because I want to have enough to leave so I ordered new lug nuts and then returned with the new lug nuts to Belle tire to get my other two tires. this time they destroyed the lock key and couldn't get the locks off they ordered a new lock key third trip to Belle tires they destroyed that lock key and stripped out the lock nut itself. I then went to another local tire shop to get the lock nuts removed 15 minutes no key he had them all off That's why I should have stopped and never went back to Belle tires but I didn't I then took the car back over to Belle tire because the gentleman said he would replace the lock nuts and the damaged rim so I said give me the two tires and we'll call it even well on that trip they then destroyed another lock nut so bad that it had to be blow torched off in the process they also destroyed another rim they informed me to head to put a donut on my car because the rim was too damaged to put back on and that they would order a new rim after I had pulled out I heard a noise I knew the noise it was a warped rotor from them torching the lug nut off and all the heat it worped the rotor I immediately called him and told him I think you guys warped the rotor he said no problem we'll take care of any of the damage fifth trip to Belle tires I finally got my fourth tire and told I'd have to come back for six time to have a break inspection well five times was enough I didn't want Belle tires to work on my car anymore spoke to the managers and corporate and name for me the only way they would check my brakes is if I brought it to them terrible customer service terrible problem-solving it's horrible that they treat their customers this way I ordered my own brakes I'll eat the hundred bucks versus bringing my car back for a six-time for him to do more damage every time I left Belle tires I left with a new problem.

2017 JEEP WRANGLER WITH 32k MILES.
Took in for new tires, got a good deal on them, however, that is not the end of the story. I was told they could not align due to front end needing all new parts. Asked them to show me and they could not show me anything wrong in spite of prying on everything with a 3 foot crow bar. I asked for the estimate and left with my new tires. Had slight out of balance on front 10 grams. But, the rear were out over 6 ounces, almost 200 grams. I didn't notice until i rotated the tires. the rear moved to front were barely drivable. These are good BFG K02's. I have never had them go out of balance, this is my 6th set of them on many vehicles. Do not blame wear, there was no wear, this was a case of shoddy work. I will never go here again and neither will any of my friends. Incidentally; why doesn't Belle Tire have a review process on their website? I am pretty sure i know why as i have heard many bad story's from friends and coworkers. Oh, almost forgot, they cross-threaded a bolt on the center caps that I had to drill and re-tap. DO NOT GO TO BELLE TIRE!!!

A novice finds what an expert couldnt?

How is it that I can come in as the customer with limited expertise and tell you what’s wrong with my vehicle, you suggest something different, fix that different thing, and 2 months and $450 later turn around and say it’s the thing I initially said to check for? Why do I know more than the “experts”?

The worst

The worst. Last 3 times I had to take the vehicle right back because there was still an issue. 1 of those times I didn’t even make it out of their parking lot before hearing a loud clunk from driving over a bump. Other times was hearing the issue driving back home from their location. Today, I needed a wheel bearing replaced and they called and quoted me for things all around the car telling me they are all bad, according to them because of mileage not because they are actually bad. For someone who doesn’t know about cars they are likely getting you to replace many parts that still have life left. This being the 4th time in a row having an issue with them, I will not go back to them ever, will let others know of my experiences and will never recommend them for anything ever again.

Curtis M. Marshall at store 057 at 38 N. Telegraph, gave me great service by patching up my tire and not trying to persuade me to purchase a tire. He saved me a great deal of money and he was HONEST!!! I recommend this company.

Commonsense goes along way

I appreciate the staff that work there. They have been nothing but helpful. My complaint is on a corporate level. I can no longer make appointments. only doing walk ins. It would make more sense to have a block for appointments and walk ins. I am not going to wait an hour to two hours for my car to get an oil change. unacceptable!! Belle tire bought Tireman. Has been going downhill since then. The price has increased significantly. will be taking my car elsewhere. Got a love corporate greed. 2022 revenue 350 million. Project revenue for 2023 700 million. Daily profit 958904

Very poor service

Very poor service. New tires several weeks old. 1 had leak. Service tech said I need to buy new rimes. I said no. Then said I could buy just 1 rim. I claimed they did not inspect/clean rim prior to installing new tires. Tech said the rims were alum and could not be cleaned up. Could not even look at until late to....maybe or I could make an appointment for tomorrow or the next day and leave. No offer to take a look, no offer to pump up tire. No nothing. Just salesman BS. Will look elsewhere to resolve. Do not plan on giving Belle Tire any business in future

Daughter had her rear tires replaced…

Daughter had her rear tires replaced and the very next day one blew out they refuse to replace a tire that has obvious factory defect because she did not buy there insurance. When I bought my tires from Firestone they came with a factory warrenty that I did not have to pay for

not trustworthy

Called today at 1200 to ask if they do car inspections for Uber before I left work early and drove out to them. Spoke to Trayvon and he told me that they did.
Got there only to be told that they didn’t do any inspections for Uber but still offered to do one for me? Like, how does that make sense?

Terrible communication, I’d recommend going elsewhere because here seems unreliable.
