My experience with Bellway Homes has been fantastic. Tamzin was exceptionally friendly, approachable, and always happy to answer any questions or offer helpful advice, no matter how small. She kept in regular contact throughout the process, providing updates on how everything was progressing, which gave me real peace of mind and made the whole experience feel much less stressful.

Christopher, the Sales Manager, was equally impressive. He was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything stayed on track.

My purchase was completed on a very fast timescale, and I genuinely believe it was only because of the hard work, dedication, and excellent communication from both Tamzin and Christopher that everything went so smoothly. They both went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

The excellent customer service continued after I received the keys. Craig, the Site Manager, and Scott, the Assistant Site Manager, were both incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the time to carry out a thorough induction of my new home, explaining everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable with all of its features. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had and genuinely wanted to make sure I settled into my new home without any issues. Their attention to detail and willingness to help really demonstrated their commitment to providing an excellent customer experience from start to finish.

I couldn't have asked for better support and would highly recommend Bellway Homes, particularly Tamzin & Christopher to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and customer-focused team.

We decided to buy with Bellway and glad we did so! From the very first day right up to the end and in between Kerry from Bellway sales team Spirewood Grange has been an amazing communicator keeping us up to date through every stage and has been active when ever we needed her making the process much smoother! The house is amazing and great quality! Yes, there are a few snags needed but nothing major just minor touch ups. Overall a great experience buying with Bellway and I am so happy that we did so. New builds get a lot of stick which can put you off when reading reviews but ours has been amazing! Thanks Bellway and Kerry!

A very nice development. Wide roads and well maintained grounds. House buying experience was smooth and stress free. A big shout out for Steph in the sales office. Helpful, knowledgeable and always got back on any enquiries I had.

From the moment I realised I liked the house ( which was still being finished) Steph at the wickets development has been wonderful. Friendly and super pleasant to deal with but professional at all times throughout the process I simply can’t thank her enough her communication throughout has been first class and I’d recommend Bellway Homes to anyone looking to purchase.

Gemma at Centurion Chase has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole buying process, we couldn’t thank her enough. From start to finish she put us at ease and was always on hand to answer any questions we had. We’ve had a very positive experience and we absolutely love our new home. Also a thank you to Sarah who helped at the start of the process and Mark the site manager who has also been amazing.

We have a lot of snagging to do, I am assured that it will be completed in the coming weeks.
This is my 6th new build and the detail to service had been noted.

Well, we are only at the 'reserved plot' stage, so there is a long way to go, but so far I can't fault Bellway. Both the sales staff and part exchange staff have worked with us, kept us informed and been very supportive.

The whole buying experience from start to finish was so supported and much less stressful than we anticipated. Charlotte and Claire in the sales office at Forest Walk were incredibly friendly and supportive throughout. We were constantly kept up to date and no question was seen as too silly. The site team were fantastic and we had positive interactions with David the site manager as well as Jess and Raj who were all incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The site itself is of fantastic quality and we have yet to find any issues with our new home. We couldn't be happier and we feel incredibly lucky that we got a house on the site!

Throughout the process she was readily available to answer our questions (we had many because we are first time buyers) and very patient with us. Thank you Sam.

Very professional staff and excellent customer service.

Having secured a property at the Bellway Development Langmead Place in Angmering, I am both delighted to have done so and have had my expectations far exceeded by the process. In particular by the sales representative Sam Jones. Sam has made this a very seamless and pleasant experience, and her customer support, product knowledge and customer communication have been exceptional. I could not have asked for more in what can be a challenging experience. Rarely have I experienced a better customer experience, and my sincere thanks to Sam, who is a credit to Bellway. 

Anna at Woodland Edge has been incredible. We are so happy with all of the support we have been given by her. I would also like to shout out Colin, Cam and Rob who have always been so welcoming on site, and have made us feel like we can ask anything and get the help we need. We are only a few days in but the service has been amazing so far.

The sales advisor was real helpful and went through everything step by step and bellway them selves did everything they could do.

Sam at Langmead Place has been absolutely brilliant throughout our new-build purchase — helpful, attentive and always there when we needed her, without ever putting us under any pressure. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made what can be a stressful process feel easy and even enjoyable.
