From the start, I was an easy sale, I know what I went in for but from then Scott made it even easier, private plates changed over without question, V5s dealt with, car needed tyres and brakes (mainly at my request) after viewing, garage done the lot.
Could not recommend Scott and the team enough!

You feel welcomed, and the friendly staff patiently listens to your queries and gives a range of options with good advice. Everything is sorted quickly and smoothly - overall a great experience.

The customer service is 1st class from start to finish. Kenny was excellent and very helpful throughout.

Excellent service again. Scott couldn't have been more helpful. He answered all of our question, nothing was to much trouble. Went for a test drive came back completed the paperwork and walk out with a new car in less than an hour. Very happy with our new car.

Bought my first car last week Kenny made me feel at ease I was stressed about the whole buying a car situation as it was my first time buying a car, kept in contact with me through the whole process and I couldn’t be happier with the whole situation, thank you Kenny :)

Bought a used car from Belmont Wallyford 5 weeks ago the whole process was easy and Ramsay was very helpful and love my new car. Only slight issue was a service which had been requested before I picked the car up. 3 weeks after I had a message saying service was due. No great issue, either an oversight or had failed to reset the service warning on the car. It took a few emails before I got a rather rude response from Peter, telling me this hadn't been agreed ( despite me having it in an email from.the finance company that it was) and that they would not be carrying out a service on my car. It seemed very much a "we have the money for the car now beat it" attitude. But gladly within minutes of that another reply from Sophie saying it had been an oversight and they would carry it out no problem and valet the car as well while it was in. I can only hope Peter was having a bad day as the whole experience with the rest of the staff so far has been excellent.

What a relaxing and enjoyable experience at Belmont, and made all the better by professional experience staff who accommodated all the cars on my wish list to check out. Kenny was exceptional going above and beyond in ensuring I got the car that worked for me listening to all the details I needed. After identifying a car I came back again to Belmont and viewed the car in the light. Which I did again … and again…after a test drive twice in this automatic I was impressed with his patience as I normally drive a manual. Most importantly how I needed to be contacted, my worries, all these simple requests to accommodate my needs were catered for, from start to finish. Thank you Kenny and your team.

Fantastic experience at Belmont Garage.
Received a fair trade in price for existing vehicle and purchased new Suzuki.
From initial email right through to handover the whole process went very smoothly. Kenny Buchanan, sales advisor was helpful and answered all questions we asked.
Kenny also gave a courtesy call a few days later to make sure all was ok with the new car, nice touch.
If looking to purchase new/used car would highly recommend Belmont and Kenny.
