I'll give this less than one star if I could. The absolute unprofessionalism from the owner himself has now made me never want to buy another pair again. I complained about the UV protection in the mabel transition sunglasses and with another pair that I bought. He started ranting on about Christiano Ronaldo wearing them which credits the glasses. I tried to make him understand that one person doesnt change the veiws of many regardless if he is famous or not. He then sent me a message saying 'here's proof mr wannabe rapper' showing off Ronaldos posts about his terrible glasses. Im an aspiring and paid musician that produces, sound engineers and im also a pianist. I do not expect disrespect from someone who owns a company to treat me this way. I would stay well away from belvior because they use really cheap products. They used to be £29.99 a pair and now because he has let Ronaldos team gas him up, he's shot the prices up to £80 for the same cheaply produced pair. Also you will only post sections of the argument that favour what you are saying which takes everything out of context. Will you admit to sending me an unsolicited message starting with 'here's proof ronaldo wears them you wannabe rapper. How do you think you're a rapper with a name like Farrell 🤣🤣🤣' which is my Irish name. Lastly, im mixed race caribbean and not once called you a n word. Just like a lot of black people we use this word in expression and to establish neutral ground between each other. You clearly wouldn't understand. However, I have contacted the police in regards to this matter. You can forward everything to them. Lastly, you sent me a screenshot of myself followed by, and quote, just reminder we have all your details. You then proceeded to post my full government name you found out of your system, which is against the data protection act 2018, all over your business page and then continued to release further personal information on a public page about my children. I hope to god trustpilot allows us to post the conversation as it will truly show how you deal with situations within a business you own Deklan Vines.

Very nice glasses/sunglasses however they are very flimsy and easy to break. Arms come loose quickly.

Fast delivery, quality is immaculate, from the glasses all the way to the cloth and holder, had all sorts of high end shades over time but these definitely come out top

Extremely underwhelming would not recommend at all. Was excited to purchase sunglasses in a different style like the colour and design. However as it first came it was flimsy I decided to ignore this. After a bit of water it kept falling of my face . Tried contacting them on instagram but it was the worst customer service I received careless and came off as rude. Fast forward to now then I simply tried to adjust them and it snapped , quality is terrible can’t believe I spent £75 on this.

Glasses came back sooner than expected, good quality glasses, my only qualm is that I thought the tint would be darker, had multiple comments and only had them a day 🤙

These glasses have amazing quality great designs. My first pair wasnt correct, they worked it out fast no hassle and fixed my problem without hesitation. I'll definitely order again you cant beat the price for the quality.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, one was prescription glasses I am long sighted so cannot see close up it's blurry, so my son ordered from these guys and his prescription was fine, mine on the other hand was not , I received them but could not see so sent them back and they refused to accept replacement!!!! Horrible service don't bother !!! I returned my items not for a refund but to correct my vision glasses , just received an email saying my return was rejected, and I didn't even ask for a refund !!!!

I have purchased 2 pairs of rimless shades for my music Video and Event and they did kot disappoint. I got a discount in the June sale too. Packaging is 10/10, Quick delivery and packaging is top tier. The shades are luxurious and I only ever wear Gucci sunglasses usually. I would recommend to anyone hesitant especially UK residents. No problems with delivery whatsoever and items had no damages.
