I have a Benefithub website

I have a Benefithub website, and it was a bad investment. No sales, no support, no business - nothing. I've emailed Cameron Anderson, account manager at Benefithub, at least 6 times within one week (with the same email to cancel my benefithub website and refund payment), and still no response. This is an example of the poor customer service you will receive. It is just not worth it.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. BUYER BEWARE! RUN! I am an actual customer. I do not think the other reviews are actual customers. Poor customer service on every level. I've had a BenefitHUB portal for 3 years.

The kind and patient gentleman Carlos…

The kind and patient gentleman Carlos assisted me with helping lower my insurance by $50 all while keeping my full coverage and adding on a few new benefits. His patience outweighed any rep I’ve ever worked with from any company with a magnitude that is unmeasurable. If he is even the slightest glimpse of the customer service that is provided by your company I will gladly spread the word to all friends, family, colleagues, and neighbors. Thanks again Carlos!!! This man deserves a raise!!

Happy in NJ

To whom this may concern, Thanks to Alora for being sooooooo very knowledgeable regarding my trip to Paris.
Alora explained in detail the different seats and the additional cost if need be. I am going to request Alora for my next voyage to Dubai and other countries.
What makes her an excellent Customer Service Rep? She has excellent listening skills-she's very patient-she is very knowledgeable and she ensures that I understand step by step regarding the seating arrangements.
Many thanks and KUDOS to Alora. I am very happy I was next in line for Alora. YEAH!!!!!!!

Brien O'Brien was great

Brien O'Brien was great! He made sure to review all the available options for renewing my insurance policy to make sure I got the best deal.

We were able to narrow down a list of options which I could take and also made sure I understood all the discounts I could get.

I was very impressed with how thorough and easy the process was.

Do Not Purchase tickets for a sporting event…

Purchased tickets for a sporting event and was sent to a 3rd party. Without knowing I was being way overcharged, they were not authorized to sell these tickets. They would not refund my money and in fact they were very rude about it.

Excellent Customer Experience

I had the pleasure to work with Brien O'Brien he was pleasant, personable and answered all my questions. I am confident he had my best interest in mind. I did not feel like just another sale to him. I enjoyed my experience with him on my car insurance, so I decided to cancel my current renter's policy and bundle with him as well through Progressive.
