My dealings with Bens Gutters in 2026
My dealings with Bens Gutters has been, to say the least, fraught this year with poor communications and wrong information from the outset by their admin team.
Their guy arrived on time at 07:30 this morning but thought he was here to clean the gutters of the house and not the conservatory roof.
Once explained he proceeded to “clean” the conservatory roof.
The outcome of the roof cleaning process is a disappointment, it’s a double glazed glass roof not a plastic one, but he tells me that is the best he can achieve, I myself have cleaned the conservatory roof for the last few years and my efforts produced a much better outcome!
Needless to say I will not be using their services again to clean the conservatory roof.
