Jack was really helpful in making sure we got the right bed. Didn't make us feel like he was trying to up sell us what we didn't need and helped us get the best price. Excellent range in the shop.

Asked if we wanted to try the sleep system before trying individual mattresses opted for medium tried several before we decided. No hard sell Thanks Janet

Delivery was super came on the date with phone calls about delivery beforehand. Very pleasant delivery people. This is our third mattress and bed we have had from Benson, we've never had a problem and feel if there was one it would be dealt with quickly.

Despite them admitting their error in not collecting the old mattress they refused to do so without charging.

Excellent service from Janet sales assistant very knowledgeable. We came in to the shop to look at king size mattresses and spoke with Janet. We left and shopped at other places but came back later n the afternoon to place an order with her. Highly recommended 10/10

Jonathan was brilliant. We told him what we needed for our box room and type of bed we could have for our grandaughter as we were limited due to the space we had.
He showed us what was available and even said why have drawers if we couldn't open them. First class service will come back when we want another bed. Thank you.

Jonathan at the Altrincham store in Manchester was extremely helpful. He was so knowledgeable about the mattresses in store and was able to give his own personal experience of products to help us with our decision. He didn't crowd us whilst we were browsing, he introduced himself, pointed us in the right direction of what we were looking for and then gave us the space to test the mattresses and discuss our options. He was always on hand when we had any questions but wasn't pushy or overbearing. He was also really lovely with our two young daughters and made us feel really welcome. We would definitely return to this store based on Jonathan's service.

I took advantage of the agreement to change my mattress within 40 days. I chose a ortho mattress from the shop but after sleeping on it for a while It gave me backache. I had to call customer services as I completed my order on the Internet. They were super helpful as before and delivered me a new mattress which i chose in store the following week which is super comfy. The new mattress cost a little more and with 10%charge for swapping and cost of delivery came to about £100...well worth it as from anywhere I would have been stuck with a hard mattress with a duvet on the top.They have been brilliant on both occasions and all the staff have been helpful and pleasant. I would recommend Bensons to anyone willing to pay a little more for the best customer service.

Andrij and Niala, were super helpful/knowledgeable on all the products and managed to find a super deal with a great ottoman divan and memory-foam mattress delivered within 5 days. Amazing thank you so much!
