Bensons For Beds - Bishop Auckland Reviews 

We called into the bishop auckland store over the weekend and purchased a bed, mattress and childs mattress. We were greeted by a staff member (steph) who was really knowledgeable on the products and was great help selecting the right products but was also fantastic with our little girl, she was brilliant the whole time we were there with us and our little girl who took a liking to her. Nothing was too much hassle and made it so much easier for us, one of the best store experiences ive had in a long time.

From my visit to Bensons at Bishop Auckland, ordering what I wanted from Gemma, delivery, taking away my old bed and having my new bed assembled where I needed it, in spite of really awkward stairs to manoeuvre furniture up and down it was no problem to the two delivery guys Andy Mac and Andy P - they were fantastic. I couldn’t have wished for anyone better.

Very good customer service, I was kept informed during the whole process. We didn’t have to wait for delivery too long either. Very happy with my new divan and mattress. Will use again.

Everything was spot on from ordering to when goods were delivered

When we entered the store we were greeted by a member of staff in a friendly manner who came across as knowledgeable and professional. After explaining the benefits of the beds that we were considering she left us to our own devices to peruse while being on hand with further information when required.

They made the complicated process of choosing and installing the right bed for an elderly lady seamless

From going to the shop to them delivery was 5 star would highly recommend to friends and family Thankyou

Excellent friendly customer service and helpful advise given in choosing the mattress. Received a delivery time slot 2 days before and the mattress was delivered by 2 very pleasant helpful young men.

Goods are great,delivery guys were great and put bed together quickly ,which is why the price I was given for installation for 5/10 mins of their time was extortionate.
Also spending that a amount delivery should have been free.

Great staff and great bed. The super king size t.v bed is brilliant. Lots of room for a weekend orgy. Maybe we should have bought a mattress protector. It’s a wee bit stained

We bought a new bed and matress from Bensons 8 years ago, Now time to change the matress. Called into a local outlet, used the comfort fitting system. Tested a few beds, found the right one. Got a good deal with a special offer. The sales person was helpful and explained everything.
Delivery was not as soon as we had hoped due to not delivering over weekends and staggered days over 2 weeks. Had to plan around personal holidays for delivery.
The delivery guys Mac & Daz were very professional and super fast. Respectful of our home and took away our old matress.
The entire experience with Bensons has been very positive, which is why we returned.
