the shop was very good and helpfull but…
the shop was very good and helpfull but then the first delivery team wouldn't put the mattress up the stairs they claimed it would damage it ,they were adament it wasent going up there ,they offered me the option to sign a waver for damage but said it would void any warrenty.
they told me to go back to the shop and complain.
the manager was very helpfull and said he would get it booked in for a re delivery and not to worry about it as he would ensure they got it in.
the second delivery team came 4 days later and had no problem at all it went strait up .
they were shocked when i told them about the first team.
i remember the first team telling me it was there last drop of the day !
we were very dissapointed and had make the bed up again .
