Good service start to finish 👏
Great service especially in the store sarah was very knowledgeable about the mattress we purchased plus we got to try out a few mattresses before making the purchase, it just took 2 weeks for delivery they took the new mattress upstairs for us quick service & took the old one away no problem 😊 thankyou again

The staff in the shop were excellent and very organised
Both deliveries I had were delivered in the specified time period .
However , through no fault of the Chesterfield staff , I had to wait a long time for my second delivery because the 4 drawer base that I ordered was damaged , resulting in the delivery being put back a few weeks .

Positive experience end to end
The gentleman in the shop was excellent and well informed. Answered all my questions and concenrs displaying a great breadth of knowledge of the products and didn't push any specific brands or services.
I then purchased online and the process was easy to follow and understand. Products were relatively easy to find and the checkout process was quick and simple to complete.
The delivery was well organised with accurate time estimates and confirmation by email and phone on the day for the estimated arrival. The two delivery guys were quick and efficient and understanding of my somewhat sub-optimale staircase.
End to end its been a great experience with lots of follow ups on how to care for my bed and ensure I get maximum lifespan out of it
