Good service.
Nobody hassled us when we were looking at mattresses, just allowed us to look and try as we liked. Delivery was on the nominated day, in the time slot allocated. The two delivery men were excellent, polite, careful of property, removing the old mattress and putting the new one on the bed within 15 minutes.

The Lady that took my order made a mistake with the cost. I paid £ 518 for the mattress, then 5 days later the manager rang me & asked for another £120 as his staff had ordered the wrong one. I wasn’t very happy about paying more money as I’m a pensioner, the manager told me if I didn’t pay the extra money he wouldn’t order the mattress that asked for in a aggressive manor, forcing me to borrow money from a family member.

I had bought my previous bed from…
I had bought my previous bed from Bensons. Which is why I chose to visit their showroom & not a department store. Malcolm at Bensons in Chippenham, listened to what i thought i needed, knowledgeable about the suitability of the different beds for me and endless patience. Encouraged me to take my time on making a choice. Customer service, excellent. Only thing missing was a cup of coffee!

Great customer service. Polite and very helpful staff. Did not feel rushed into buying. Jeff at the Chippenham branch was excellent explaining everything in detail about the sofa bed. Delivery men polite and cheerful. Great experience at will recommend for beds and sofa beds.

Manager Jeff in the Chippenham store was a great help. Staff let us know and encouraged us to lay on the beds to ensure we found the perfect mattress. After Jeff showing us the best sellers we ended up not only buying a mattress but also a stunning new bed frame. He told us about the different payment options and explained the warranty and accident cover. We left the store over the moon with our purchase and can’t wait for a 10/10 sleep. Thank you Jeff!
