The gentleman that served us was polite, knowledgeable, and oh so patient.
Did not push us, just gave us space to come to our own decision and answered all our questions. Best experience buying something like this for a long time.

Pleasant, knowledgeable, inviting staff who explain mattress types clearly and without putting pressure on the customer. Allowed customer to experiment with various types of mattress themselves and not stand over them but close at hand to answer any questions.

All good, staff were excellent, helped and advised me.

Ade made us feel very welcome and supported us well during the purchase of our bed, bedsid tables and wardrobe.

The signage above the unit is split between "Harveys" and"Benson Beds, and is a little confusing at first, perhaps a good idea would be to remove the "Harveys" sign and replace it with a full size "Benson Beds"sign, that aside,we met Justin, and he helped us choose a bed that suited our requirements, all in all, a good experience.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful salesman made our bed buying experience enjoyable.

Mike in the Eastbourne showroom was really helpful and understanding of how difficult it is for elderly with mobility issues to buy a mattress.

From the moment we entered the store, we were greeted with a very welcoming atmosphere.

We were in the market for a super king size bed and mattress, and Nick went above and beyond to assist us throughout the entire process.

I visited Harvey’s store Eastbourne as Benson for Beds within. Upon entering we were welcomed so nicely by a young lady, smiling and welcoming us to the store.
we later learned her name as Leah (pronounced Lee ah) we walked and viewed many beds Leah was there should we Need her but not being pushy at all. I was advised of a mattress that changes the feel from soft to firm to try think PRO? so off I went & tried this amazing Concept, Helped me So much to choose a medium mattress for my bed base, achieving my personal comfort and a side sleeper! I eventually was drawn to an igel mattress. More than I anticipated to spend but it was everything I wanted and needed . I was told of a grandmothers wise words ‘ always buy the best shoes and mattress because your always in one or the other!
The staff Member Leah at Eastbourne Benson for beds who made my experience so nice, very knowledgeable, and made the process so much easier. I am now very excited as delivery 16th August . Thank you LEAH for being so lovely gave me all the information and trials I needed to make my decision . Roll on 16th Aug 23 🛌
